**This hotel is located opposite where the incident occurred. The annex looks like it was originally a love hotel. Check in at the main building and you will be given the password to the annex entrance. Entering the password opens the automatic doors. Take the required amount of tea, black tea, and instant coffee from the elevator hall when you go up. Coffee service is also available from 7am in the morning. The rooms are provided with disposable slippers and plenty of amenities (photo). The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and there are many shops nearby. It may be a bit far from the station, but if you walk while taking in the sights of the shops along the way, you will arrive in no time. Everything is provided, from induction heaters and rice cookers to microwaves and plates, so you can cook your own meals. However, there are no supermarkets nearby.

ちょっとユニークな宿。外観や内装には多少“安っぽさ”も感じるものの、実際に過ごしてみるとその便利さと快適さに驚かされることに。 とにかくホテル代が安い！宿泊費高騰が続く札幌中心部で、この価格は本当にありがたいです。 ここは全室に大きめの冷蔵庫や電子レンジ、電気ポット、IHコンロ、炊飯器、調理鍋まで揃っていて、自炊派にはうってつけ。すすきの界隈にはスーパーもあるので、地元の食材を買い込んで調理するのも楽しいひとときです。外食ももちろんいいですが、自分のペースでごはんを作って部屋でのんびり食べられるのは大きな魅力。しかも浴槽付きのバスルームもあり、ゆっくりお湯に浸かって旅の疲れを癒せました。 さらにこのホテルの特筆すべき点は、ペットと一緒に泊まれること。客室の床はペットが引っ掻いても傷つきにくい素材で、もし汚してしまってもさっと掃除できるのが安心です。ペットシートや水飲みボウル、掃除道具も標準装備。飼い主さんの気持ちに寄り添った心遣いが随所に感じられます。ペットを部屋に残してすすきので一杯飲んで、歩いて帰ってこれるのもうれしいポイント。 この宿はチェックインからチェックアウトまで基本的にスタッフによる清掃は入らず、ゴミ出しも自分で行うスタイル。お部屋の中で自由に過ごせるので、周囲を気にせずのびのび滞在できました。受付にはインスタントコーヒーやお茶、紅茶が用意されていて、好きなだけ部屋で飲めるのも密かな楽しみ。 すすきのの端に位置しているものの、飲食店も多く、コンビニもすぐ近くで利便性は抜群。部屋も広めなので、家族やグループでの利用にもぴったりです。ペット連れの方はもちろん、コスパ良く便利に札幌を満喫したい方にも自信を持っておすすめできるホテルです。 札幌でリーズナブルに、しかも自由で快適な旅を楽しみたい方におすすめです！
