The room was very clean, just a little small. It's super close to JR Sapporo Station, which was really convenient for catching early trains to Otaru or Asahikawa around 7:40 AM every day. They even provide DHC toiletries. Overall, at this price point, the service and value for money are excellent.

The staffs are very professional and their reply to email enquiry/ request is prompt. Good job! Check-in is smooth, hotel location is very good, walking distance to Sapporo JR station and Bus Terminal (a good meeting point for local day tour package).

First off, the location is excellent! It's just a 3-5 minute walk from Sapporo Station North Exit, super easy to find. The lady at the front desk who spoke Chinese was also very nice and upgraded our room. The room itself was quite spacious for Japan; we could fully open two large suitcases. Honestly, there were pretty much no downsides.
