Visit Hokkaido with parents last week, I reserved the cross floor double bed room because of the separate toilet and bathroom . However , the room they offer is totally different with the photo . My parents really upset about it because that is the worst toilet they had never been in Japan .
We will not reserve this hotel if we know that the toilet is not separate and not offer electronic toilet board. The room is clean , however , that is not our ideal type . Staff is kind however only one room can change. Location is fine, few restaurants nearby .
My parents had bad experience with the hotel
And they really don’t like the traditional toilet
We don’t mind to pay more to enjoy better facilities

We had a wonderful stay at Cross Sapporo. One night we asked for heating up the bento food we had from outside. The staff helped warm up the food upon request. And the food temperature was just nice for consumption. Hotel design and space is family friendly. Highly recommended for family for those looking to stay near train stn and within shopping district.

酒店位置絕佳就在札幌站附近，步行5-10分鐘可到的距離。前台熱情友善，訂的十字樓層大床房，窗外可以看到札幌電視塔且景色迷人。
這家早餐也很豐富，細節做得很棒，比如有各種顏色的盤子供客人挑選，或者給小童準備了專門的小童餐具等等。總之十分滿意！

Cross Hotel is good in many aspects, but the corridors are a bit dark, which I personally don’t really like.
The escalator from the first floor to the second floor is also quite small. Other than that, everything else is fine!
Oh… and they don’t provide shower caps.

Amazing location. We chose double room this time. Surprisingly the room was very big and nice. It’s also included the lounge access, provided different types of whines and snacks.
Also good service, if I visit Sapporo again, I will choose this hotel again.

十字酒店名聲在外 設施和服務水平很高 前台英文溝通順暢 酒店自帶的温泉很棒 房間面積合理 兩個小箱子放下之後還有很寬敞的空間可以活動 廁所的面積居然也是意外的大

Our stay at Cross Hotel Sapporo was nothing short of amazing! We are a group of 5 & were traveling around Hokkaido, starting & ending off in Sapporo. We emailed the hotel to request if they could store some luggage for us till we return, as well as help us with restaurant reservations, and the staff were super prompt & extremely nice to accede to our requests. We even got upgraded to bigger rooms when we returned! We always felt so welcomed by the staff who were very attentive & so willing to help us. Needless to say rooms were very comfortable & onsen was great too (equipped with Dyson hairdryers). Location is also good, accessible via an underground passage all the way from the Sapporo station to Marumi Coffee Stand (so convenient cos it was raining when we arrived). Thank you so much for the great experience, I will gladly return to Cross Hotel!
