The hotel amenities are great! The laundry room, gym, and microwave are on the 4th floor, and the natural hot spring bath is on the 3rd floor. The elevators are quick to respond. The hygiene is excellent, and the staff are very friendly.

I had been here before covid and I fondly recalled how helpful, friendly and caring the team members were. Hence, I decided to return again. Pros- Ample Parking , Proximity to station Nakajima Koen, park. And if you don't mind taking a 10-15 mins quick walk can reach susukino stn as well. Housekeeping is good and clean. Some of the front desk staff speaks English and are always trying their best to assist. These staff deserves commendation. ( Couldn't get their names as the badge is in nihongo) The afternoon and night shifts male team is fantastic and patient. The furnishing in the room could help with some modern changes.. it's looking rustic now. My favourite part is the level 4 laundry room where it is so important to us to have clean and dry clothing. The restaurants in the hotel standard seems to have declined. The Unagi one is average , the farm to table is lacking in traffic and it's not the same as in 2018/2019. Maybe the kitchen team had left or something happened to the ingredients used. But no issue as there are so much more to have and try in Sapporo city! Would return again if we are ever going to Sapporo. The service attitude received is welcoming and warm.

Great Location, but a Literal Time Capsule **The Good:** If you prioritize location and accessibility , this hotel is an excellent choice. It is incredibly close to the train station, making it a breeze to navigate the city or catch an early transit. For those who want to be in the heart of the action without long walks, you can’t beat the proximity. The Room: The rooms are on the smaller side, which is expected for the area, but the interior is a major blast from the past. Walking in feels like stepping back into the **early 2000s**. The furniture, soft furnishings, and bed are all quite outdated. One of the most nostalgic (and surprising) features was the Sanyo hairdryer bolted to the wall. While most hotels modernize their interiors every decade or so, this property seems to have stayed exactly the same for twenty years. The Verdict: If you don't mind the "vintage" decor and are just looking for a functional place to sleep right next to the station, this is a solid pick. However, if you prefer modern amenities and updated interiors, be aware that this place is a literal time capsule! Pros: Fantastic accessibility, steps away from the station. Cons: Very dated furniture and older room tech.

The room was very clean, and the larger rooms offer great value for money. Now I know which room to choose next time I visit Hokkaido. The hotel also has hot springs, and you can enjoy two soaks a day, which is really relaxing.

Booked two rooms for my family trip. Really love this hotel with all the convenience and the cleanliness as well. Recommended for families.

Smooth check-in process. Staffs were very courteous and helpful. Requested a non smoking room, the room assigned is clean and the view was spectacular! A few walking distance to Nakajima-Koen subway station. Everything was great.

It was pretty good. The view from the 24th floor was excellent, and the public bath was larger than the Dormy Inn I stayed at before. The triple room was also very nice. Although the 0.9-meter-wide bed was a bit narrow for my 14-year-old, he didn't mind, and I prefer us all sleeping together, as it helps us bond more with him. The only hassle was the air conditioning was too hot; I suggest they not turn it off completely but instead set it to the lowest temperature of 18 degrees.

The hotel's location is excellent, right near Exit 1 of Nakajima Park. It's super convenient to get to Sapporo Station and Susukino. The hotel's onsen (hot spring bath) is incredibly comfortable; I made sure to go every day. The room was a bit small but had everything I needed. My luggage was a bit hard to open fully. The view from the 17th floor was really nice. The front desk service was great. Just a heads-up, this room doesn't provide bottled water. You can drink the tap water directly, but if you prefer bottled water, you'll need to buy your own.

Not great value for money, and the room didn't even come with free water! This is the first time I've encountered that in all the Japanese hotels I've stayed at. The public bath was also crowded and not very enjoyable. Although the facilities are a bit newer than the Park Hotel across the street, it's more expensive, further from the subway, and the view isn't as good. The Park Hotel's view of Nakajima Park is truly amazing, and their service is excellent as well. Overall, I'm not satisfied and won't be staying here again.

It was our last night before heading home, and the room was unusually expensive, which is why we booked this place. This room is absolutely uninhabitable, seriously, folks, if you're traveling, do NOT stay here. There was such a strong smoke smell; even my friend, who smokes, couldn't stand it. We had to put the air purifier right next to us just to barely get some sleep. Seriously, do NOT book this place.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The rooms are clean and spacious, with all the facilities you need and they work great. Service is prompt, and the soundproofing is good. The location is convenient for transportation, yet it's quiet and comfortable. The price is affordable, making it perfect for short business trips or leisure travel. However, the window leaks!!!!!

Perfect stay with a good onsen experience and great breakfast. The view of the city from the 23rd floor was cool as well. Would recommend for sure.

Excellent location nearby shopping area and restaurants. The room is quite big considering to normal japnese standard. Onsen is a must for guest who stay here.
