When we checked in, we notice a wet spot on the floor. After notifying the front desk, they sent someone with towel to place on the spot.They said they would have their maintenance crew dry the area the next day. The other issue we had was the heater was making a loud noise. We figured out that if we turned it on with the fan set at the lowest setting the noise wasn't a problem. Other than these two issues, the hotel was fine.

The room is not big but comfortable. You have almost everything you need: hair dryer, electric pot, … or you can ask at the front desk. The coffee at the information desk is enjoyable. Not far from Sapporo station; take about 5 minutes on walk. The staff are friendly. We enjoy this hotel.

Since we were with our kids, we moved the twin beds together to make it more comfortable. There were all kinds of garbage under the bed. Fortunately, someone came to clean it up right away after calling the front desk.
Because we booked a two-day icebreaker tour the next day, the departure point was at a bus stop at the JR North Exit, so we wouldn't be too tired if we set off early in the morning.
