Bespoke Hotel Sapporo

The location is excellent, just a stone’s throw from Tanukikoji Shopping Street (狸小路商店街). The breakfast was great as well. The only drawback was the parking situation — we had to park two streets away due to limited spaces, and it cost 2,000 yen per day. Fortunately, we found several nearby alternatives at a similar distance for about 800 yen per day. Overall, it was a satisfying stay.

Our family had an excellent stay at Bespoke Hotel Sapporo! The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help with any request — truly one of the highlights of our trip. The room isn’t very large, but it was still comfortable and adequate for a family of four. We managed perfectly fine, and the heater/air-conditioning system was fantastic. It was very easy to adjust the room temperature to exactly how we wanted it. A couple of small areas for improvement: The laundry room only has three machines, so sometimes guests leave their clothes inside for too long, which can be inconvenient. Parking is very limited — only eight slots, and availability depends on your car’s size. We were only able to park after switching to a smaller rental car. Thankfully, the hotel provides access to affiliated parking lots nearby at discounted rates. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to Bespoke Hotel Sapporo. It was a great experience for the whole family!

Bespoke Hotel Sapporo is a fantastic choice for travelers wanting to stay right in the heart of the action! Its location is unbeatable—just a 1-2 minute stroll to Tanukikoji Street, a shopper’s and foodie’s paradise, and 2-3 minutes to Odori Station, making it super easy to explore Sapporo by train or on foot. Nijo Fish Market is also only a 10-minute walk away, perfect for a delicious breakfast. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with two soft single beds side by side, ideal for resting after a day of sightseeing. The soft lighting creates a relaxing atmosphere, and the cute decorative text on the walls adds a touch of modern charm. Breakfast is simple but fresh, tasty, and just what you need to start your day. The hotel is clean, spacious enough for all your shopping hauls, and offers great value for money.

*5/5 stars* I'm thoroughly impressed with our recent stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch - I mean, no dust on the windows? That's dedication! The staff's attention to detail was also impressive, with fresh towels delivered to our room every single day. We appreciated the ample supply of bath towels and face towels, too! The hotel's amenities were great, including the free coffee and tea in the pantry, which was a lovely touch. Ice is also free. We also appreciated being able to use the pantry to enjoy our takeout. The elevator was speedy, and the Sapporo TV tower view from our room was a highlight for the kids! The location was perfect, with Odori Station just steps away and an amazing miso ramen shop right beside the hotel. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the heated toilet seat was a nice touch. The air conditioner was quiet, which was a bonus. However, there were a few areas for improvement. The room wasn't cleaned daily, and the lighting could be brighter. The laundry soap in the washing machine didn't leave a pleasant scent on our clothes - it actually made them smell a bit off. We appreciated being able to check the washing machine timer on the TV, though. Despite these minor issues, we'd still recommend this hotel to others. The positives far outweigh the negatives, and we'd definitely consider staying here again. Great hotel. Great location. Need to manage your own towels and amenities but not difficult. Would recommend for great budget option with big bed! As usual, no space to open large luggage but the bathroom is decent size relative to similar hotels.
