Granbell hotel Tanuki Sapporo

We saw review on the breakfast as good. But we were disappointed with it. Not much variety and most item are serve cool and Luke warm. Nothing is hot. Esp in winter stay. It’s a disappointment. Not good sushi rice. The sushi raw item looks very sad and yikes. Coffee taste bad too. Pls granbell u need to be better then this standard really.

The water was at the perfect temperature, and soaking in the onsen provided the ultimate relaxation after a day of sightseeing. My room was spotless and comfortable, with fresh linens, modern amenities, and good soundproofing for a peaceful night’s sleep. Housekeeping was excellent throughout my stay. The staff stood out for their politeness and attentiveness—everyone from reception to the concierge was friendly, professional, and quick to assist with a genuine smile. Overall, this hotel offers a great combination of prime location, soothing onsen, clean rooms, and warm service. Perfect for anyone seeking comfort and convenience in the city. Highly recommended!

The location is a little bit far from the major shopping district but quiet. The public bath is superb and the breakfast is fantastic. I really love staying here.

If some facilities unavailable must told the customer before check-in. All over is good. Atmosphere is great.

Clean and nice hotel was quite happy with everything apart from the 11am check out. We were late 45 mins and they do enforce the cost. Small rooms even we got the biggest room ? Universal room type.

My son and I stayed at Granbell hotel Tanuki Sapporo twin room. The room was clean and enough space for us. Even though it is mentioned that cleaning would be done once fortnightly, the staff would try to accommodate when they missed cleaning the room because we left the room late on the stipulated cleaning day. It is a nice hotel with great proximity to the attractions. The hotel is at the foot of Tanukikoji Shopping Street. It is also just a short walk to Odori Park. There is a big 7-11 store next to the hotel which makes it convenient should we need any late night snacking. And oh yes, the onsen is equally enjoyable too.
