De eigenaar doet enorm zijn best om het jou naar de zin te maken. Hij spreekt nauwelijks Engels maar compenseert dat met gebaren en een lach. Hij drinkt graag een raki met je. De kamers zijn mooi en de gezellige boulevard ligt op 5 minuten lopen. Toen wij er waren (april 2024) werd er in de directe omgeving gebouwd. Dat gaf wel wat geluidsoverlast.

The hotel was amazing and the rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Amazing view from the hotel. In such a great location and the hosts are amazing I’m looking forward to my next staying there because everything was perfect !!!

The managers of the hotel are very rude and abusive! The way they treat their receptionist (around 13 years old girl) which was acting as an English translator between us and them was horrible (shouting and screaming at her although dhe was just doing her job), the girl was about to cry, yet nothing stop them except us interfering! They always look angry during our stay, ZERO hospitality. They refused to include breakfast in our stay as it's unavailable, yet later we discovered that it is available on the websites (lairs). The only reason we stayed for the night is cause we arrived from 12 hrs trip, where very tired and was the only clean hotel available around within our budget..

Wat een fantastisch en gastvrij familie hotel. Wij waren met totaal 8 man op vakantie en dit hotel was echt qua alles fantastisch. De ligging, de gastvrije eigenaren die dit runnen met hun kinderen en moeders staat in de keuken. Ze hebben mij ontzettend goed geholpen ook, toen mijn portemonnee gestolen/ kwijt was. Gelijk met mij naar het politiebureau gereden om aangifte te doen en vervolgens naar een advocaat om de documenten te laten vertalen. Heeft hun een hoop tijd gekost ook. Je zit precies aan een heerlijk strandje en cafés en discotheek precies aan de overkant. De hotelkamer was perfect, Wij hadden zeezicht en een heerlijk balkon. Wij komen zeker weer terug naar jullie. Bedankt voor alle gastvrijheid.

We had a great stay, the location is perfect, right next to the beach and the boulevard. Nice rooms, good beds, absolutely great service!!! We had some trouble with lost luggage, the owner helped us so much! It was greatly appreciated.

Molto cordiali e disponibili. Il wifi va benissimo e le camere vista mare sono molto belle. Albergo ubicato al centro tutto facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Camere pulite e letto molto comodo parcheggio convenzionato

Too much noise all the time with old and bad rooms, poor breakfast, lack of communication and most important very rude owners that focused on taking advantage clients and even the staff. Wouldnt recommend it at all

This hotel is incredible. It’s a family run hotel and they treat all of their guests as if they’re a part of the family (this is the try Albanian way). Driving in Saranda can be hectic and they parked our cars every time. The traditional Albanian food at the restaurant also reminded me of my grandma’s tav kosi (which is incredible). We also got a balcony view of the sea which was incredible. We stayed at 4 hotels in our 2 week Albanian vacation and this place was the most hospitable. It’s also in the heart of Saranda. There’s no better place to stay in Albania than Hotel Strora.

L’hôtel est proche de la baie, dont la plage est largement privatisée et inaccessible comme plus que souvent en Albanie juste derrière une boîte de nuit. La vue sur mer est en partie masquée par cette boite si la chambre est au 1re étage. Le hall est peu, ça bouchonne pour un groupe. La chambre est belle et spacieuse avec un grand lit, du rangement et des emplacements pour mettre les valises à bonne hauteur. Dommage que la fixation murale de la précédente TV n’ait pas été repeinte après avoir bouché les trous des chevilles. Les lampes de chevets ne fonctionnaient pas. Salle d’eau belle et propre, avec du marbre noir veiné blanc. La robinetterie de la douche est défectueuse. Impossible d’ utiliser la douchette. WiFi de bonne qualité. Le personnel est cordial
