We extended our trip and stayed at the hotel. Saranda's BEST hotel, will never stay anywhere else again when I'm there. The breakfast was great, the staff were fantastic and available 24/7. The rooms were incredibly fresh, nice and had everything you needed. The staff were helpful with everything. 10/10 stay! Couldn't have wished for anything better.

Disappoin**ent sums up our stay at this hotel. It's not a 4* but a mediocre 3*. The notions of customer service do not exist. It must be said that the staff is on average around twenty years old. They are very nice but inexperienced and what we quickly understand is that we are cash dispensers. The advice given for visiting the surrounding areas is generally bad and looks more like schemes to make money for their friends than real tips. The included breakfast offers the same thing every day with few fresh products. The bedding is good but if you are looking for the sea view sold on the site, go your way. Below the 4th floor you have a view of the road, trees and surrounding beach clubs, which offers you a melodious cacophony from 10 a.m. to midnight. The room matches the photos well otherwise but the bathroom is tiny. The mini swimming pool on the roof cannot accommodate more than 6 people and if you are not up at 8am, forget about the possibility of having a bed or a deckchair. The private beach is just made up of deckchairs on a piece of pebbles, then you squat the surrounding private beaches to be able to swim. In short, this hotel is not at all worth the asking price...
