I and my sisters had a wonderful holiday time in your hotel and we want to praise the hotel staff who are very kind and hospitable, especially waiters in the restaurant. We are also very satisfied with hygine in the entire hotel.

We were at the hotel for 9 days and it was great. The Service was excellent the ladies at the receptions helped us with every little and big thing. The Restaurant was great and especially Kleo was awesome. Great English great service and very kind. Always again. Thank you very much Felix and Eike

It was all going okay(except for cold food) untill day three as we were getting back from the beach and found strange belongings in our room. We searched and our stuff was gone, we inquired at the reception and was told that they had made a mistake and the room was only free for 3 days, so they packed(! ) all of our belongings (clean and dirty clothes) in the suitcases and just put it at the reception. They booked us appearantly a hotel for the next 2 days that we payed and planned to spend there in advance. Now we were driven o a apartment, not even hotel and nowhere near of what we payed for, a reimbursement was denied. Be careful when u book there!

This hotel is never a 4 star hotel, the bed sheets were not changed for 3 nights, the rooms are very small , also the bathroom is very small , don’t get a book for dinner meals it sucks , also the staff is very unfriendly, the only good thing they have is the breakfast.

Super Hotel mit super Personal und Lage. Wir können das Hotel von ganzem Herzen empfehlen. Sie Lage ist super mit direktem Strandzugang, Liegen und Sonnenschirme sind vorhanden. Die Tücher auch. Im Zimmer gibt es eine Regendusche und der TV ist auch mit Netflix ausgestattet. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, wir hatten eine sehr guten Zeit im Hotel Nertili und kommen immer wieder gerne zurück.

i enjoyed my stay at Hotel Nertili. I had a nice room with side few of the beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast-buffet. Only thing, there was no safe in the room.

It was my second time at the hotel. Friendly Staff, good breakfast buffet, nice rooms, a car parking, and a 15 minutes walk to Saranda center. Around hotel restaurant and supermarket. Privat beach infront hotel. To Ksamil by car 15 minutes. I enjoyed my stay
