It is said that the best hotel in the Saran area. The room is big enough, but the air conditioner is not working well. The breakfast is not self-service, which is a bit small. I saw that other room types are a bit small when passing by. It is recommended to choose this room type directly. It is not bad for the money for a visit

As a regular customer of the Spa (10+visits) I am sort to report that the facility has deteriorated over the years to the point that now all that can be offered that worked properly without complaint and call for maintenance was the Sauna room for ladies. All other facilities showers, jacuzzi, Haman, steam room, cold room, were either not working at all or not working properly, and cold (possibly a good carbon footprint!)

The hotel was good , the rooms clean and the staff were very pleasant, my only issue was that it wasn’t made clear that most of the facilities were closed because of the season, the main bars were closed, the main restaurant was closed and they wouldn’t even make cocktails at the only bar that was open. The surrounding area was closed but decent bars and restaurants were open in the main town.

Hotellet er jevnt over bra, med god standard. Rommet var moderne og fint, og renholdet her var helt strålende. Det var derimot teppegulv i gangene (ikke viktig, men allikevel) som var veldig ekle.
Utrolig hyggelige ansatte både ved restaurantene, ved frokosten og bassenget. Eksepsjonelt god badevakt som hadde full kontroll på alle!
Servicepersonellet i resepsjonen var ikke like hyggelige, men vi fikk hjelp til det vi hadde behov for.
Fine bassenger, deilig ved stranden og vi har bare kost oss. Et lite minus for ALT FOR HØY musikk ved bassenget utover ettermiddagen (høyttalerne var ikke gode nok for lydnivået)
Vi kan fint komme tilbake.

Pessima esperienza! Pagato 800€ per un appartamento deluxe che in realtà sapevo di vecchio e sporco! Provo di tende nei bagni, andavi in bagno e la gente che passava poteva guardare lo spettacolo! Andiamo via dopo due giorni e dopo due mesi aspetto un rimborso che non arriva mai! È impossibile contattarli, una truffa insomma!!!!!!!
