A great central place for a visit to Saranda. The staff was very helpful and the run plus cleaning in good standard. We got a lot of help from the staff with booking taxis, very helpful.
The view over the city and water from the balcony was amazing

This hotel is very nice and and in a nice location facing the sea View is good , the room was good and so was bed The breakfast was also good But the staff is very rude We met this person whose name is Idi was very very rude , you ask him any questions and he just snaps back , he was very rude to everyone who was trying to ask for any help People like him gives Albanian bad name , he should be talked to by management to behave properly with customers

Simple hotel on a good location to head onwards to ksamil. Close to Sarande walking street as well. Basic breakfast but was decent. Got a semi sea view room as well! Overall, not too bad! I h Iyer my stay( thanks for your service and hopsitality! Great location ho head onwards to ksamil

Stayed for one night, very nice, large room with balcony, the best breakfast we had on our trip through Albania, there were various juices, fruit, sweet and savoury, the staff was also very friendly, we would definitely stay in this hotel again

Beautiful room with sea view, large, welcoming, clean, towels changed every day, all the comforts working, balcony with table and chairs... nice little bathroom I must say with nice hot jet, new and working fridge. The managers are very sweet and helpful, the top of the top is their breakfast worth 10 for us, rich and of excellent quality.... Highly recommended

The worst of all was the trea**ent of the owner or manager. So the receptionist, like his boss, treated us with indifference. We traveled as a group of 20 and since we didn't like the room due to orientation and because the Wi-Fi didn't work, they didn't want to change a room even though they had several free rooms from another group that came later than us. On the other hand, we could not use the chill out area on the terrace because a client had reserved it entirely for him. We did not use a hotel service because a person paid money for it. When trying to talk to the owner he didn't even look at me and indifferently told me to go down to reception. He didn't want me to bother him. Hotel with a very arrogant Manager who does not take care of the tourist. In the room there was a refrigerator without a plug nearby to plug it in. Anyway, they didn't give me a solution for the wifi or anything else, they passed the buck from one side to the other. Not recommended for a stay in this city

Located a few minutes from the seafront of Saranda, I stayed for two nights in the suite facing a beach used for a day at a maximum of 100 meters from the hotel. Very good structure and large room equipped with 4 stars. Very good sweet breakfast and savory buffet. Recommended for an excellent quality/price ratio.
