Parecchia gente è rimasta senza una camera perché non risultavano le prenotazioni, camera carina ,colazione pessima banane tagliate a pezzettini ,macchinetta del caffè non funzionava mai cioccolata messa dentro un piatto cocomero e melone tagliati a pezzetti dentro un piatto ,niente di coperto niente di igienico,abbiamo mangiato al ristorante ma non lo consiglio

Situato in una baia incantevole e con un mare da sogno, sembra di essere in una località vip. Spiaggia bene attrezzata e personale sempre disponibile e la sera si trasforma in un locale da vip con 🔥 falò personale che ti riscalda mentre sorseggi un drink sul puff a riva. Colazione ricca e soddisfacente e anche il ristorante operativo e accogliente. Located in a wonderful bay with wonderful sea, looks to be in a VIP beach. Beach well organized with personnel always around and available and after the sunset you can lay on the puff on the beach warmed by fire in a guitar. Breakfast and restaurant good and personnel ready to satisfy the guest.

Nous devions passer 2 jours à l'hôtel Muçobega, mais y sommes restés 8. Plage incroyable, hôtel avec une très bonne ambiance. La nourriture excellente, le personnel pro et aimable. Les patrons sont présents et veillent à ce que tout se passe bien. La vue sur la mer est imprenable, la plage privée à couper le souffle. 20 minutes d3 marche du centre ville de Saranda. Je recommande sans réserves

... and I list them immediately: the location, out of the chaos of Saranda, the private beach, the sea view rooms. Bad service: the hotel staff is obviously unprepared, they don't say hello, they don't smile, they don't know how to manage the hygiene in the rooms and at the breakfast buffet. On our arrival the shower head was broken, as well as the mixer and the TV. The first problem was solved (they entered the flooded bathroom, changed it but it didn't occur to them to dry and clean their treads); the mixer obviously could not be changed except at the cost of removing it, so we took hot showers for a week. The TVs, the manager told us, were ALL broken, so they couldn't give us one that worked. The breakfast buffet at opening hours was always being set up, ready about 20 minutes later; often something was missing, napkins, spoons, sugar, sometimes the serving cutlery, so the other guests served themselves with their hands. No sanitizer, no mask (in Albania it is not mandatory), no spacing. They explained to us that Covid does not exist in their country. Too bad it wasn't true. Last detail, disgusting and I apologize: the toilet brush was very dirty. But is it possible, in a 4-star hotel?!? (I had chosen this hotel for the positive reviews, one wonders who wrote them and behind what reason ...)
