Tropical, Private, Downtown

Lovely little suite in a convenient location to downtown activities and the waterfront. Appreciated the fine art displayed, which gave it a homey atmosphere. Nice outdoor area.

The highlight of this mini vacation trip was the host Christie, she was very helpful and communicative. Telling me all kind of info for our trip. The apartment was clean, spacious and perfect for a couple. a nice patio to chat and relax after a long day. Very good restaurants around, walking distance and the beach is beautiful. We went to see the sunset and it is spectacular.

Great location with easy walk to downtown Sarasota. Also an easy drive to Siesta Key, Saint Armand’s Circle, and various other beaches. Small apartment in the back connected to the owner’s home. There is a fridge, microwave, and ability to cook small meals if needed. Apartment is clean. A perfectly fine place if you just need a place to sleep and relax a little in between exploring the surrounding areas and beaches. There is ability to do laundry, but just know that it is outdoor in a closet and shared with renters from the top floor apartment. This apartment is pet friendly. Not necessarily a negative, but you should know.

Paradise close to everything we wanted. We wouldnt in there long, but we enjoyed coming back after a long walk and dinner at St Armand Circle to a nice quiet little nest.

a perfect spot for an important weekend, at a great price The property was perfectly located for our 3-day stay, and the owner was so accomodating to our needs. The entrance to our unit was at the back of the property (easily accessible), where there is a lovely and secluded area for morning tea/coffee or an evening chat. The kitchenette had everything we needed, and the shower was delightful on warm Florida days. So grateful-

Elopement stay We arrived at the property and instantly fell in love with it. The outdoor space is adorable and very private. It was the perfect get away for our elopement. We had plenty of space for the two of us and our two small dogs. They really enjoyed the fenced in back yard. We were walking distance to everything downtown and it was still nice and quiet. Christina and Lulu (sweetest pup) were so accommodating and nice. She even gave us recommendations for beaches and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back to celebrate future anniversaries! We had the best and most memorable time here! :) Would recommend!!!
