Our stay was delightful! The lady at the coffee/ breakfast counter on Thanksgiving morning was super friendly and helpful! The front desk clerk was very friendly, too, on Thanksgiving morning. My one critique is the lock-out of my room at 10:20 am on check-out day. I was transferring suitcases and bags to my car before 11:00am and upon return to my room I realized my key card didn’t work. My husband was in the bathroom, so I had to wait to get back inside. Please consider delaying the lock-out until 10:55.

Clean room,staff was professional. Could have been warned about lack of housekeeping on Thanksgiving and more notice of alternate refresh days.

Stayed one night to tour the Ringling Museum and have dinner instead of driving back to Tampa. Front desk was super nice. Suite was large and very clean. We'll definitely go back again.

Everything was good and clean as you would expect from a courtyard Marriott. The hotel is a little old and rundown, but the reception was friendly, and all the expected amenities were available.

Cleanliness but staff is uniformly outstanding, especially the restaurant crew

Our stay was great! The staff was awesome. The room and facility was nice and clean.

Not a bed hotel, but no airport shuttle. I’ve never been at any airport hotel anywhere in the world that does not provide an airport shuttle. The property was completely unapologetic. I needed to call an Uber to get from a hotel a half a mile to the airport.
