This was booked last minute after our flight got canceled. Gentleman who checked us in was incredibly kind. The next morning our flight got cancelled (again), and they were so sweet to extend our checkout to 2pm. We would stay here in a heartbeat. Clean, price is good, rooms are spacious… great stay

The shower floor was black with filth. Asked the front desk three times to send housekeeping up to clean it. There was no body soap or shampoo in the shower either. Housekeeping never showed up. The water was shut off on day two from 7:00am to 9:00PM. My wife couldn't take a shower all day and I ( I work construction) went to be dirty and sweaty. Had to shower in the morning before checking out. To make matters worse, there was demolition going on in the adjoining room my wife had to listen too all day. Lots of pounding and banging,
What did I LIKE? There were two young men on the front desk. They did everything they could to help us out. One of them brought us shampoo and body soap at 8:00 pm beings housekeeping refused to do their job.

I would rate the Front Desk worker: Rashay a 10. She was friendly, helpful…..just a very pleasant person to greet guests. She is your standard for hiring people dealing with guests! The lady serving breakfast most of the time did not exhibit the hospitable personality we are use to at Marriott’s. She avoided guests by standing in the hallway behind lobby when she wasn’t busy. Guests needed to find her and ask her to replenish food/drinks.

The hotel is nice. The front desk experience was not so good. The associate was not friendly. The air conditioning is too noisy. The room was recently renovated, but the elevator and common areas need more attention.
