old property high price. put in handicap room i did not requested with shaky toilet waxy slippery entrance tiles
despite prearranged plans no one answered phone when i called for ride at midnight and then manager would not reinbuse cab fair and tip without receipt which i had not received yet all and all an awful experience. the driver back to airport was a lovely helpful man

I did not stay a family emergency took me home the day before and like a fool I paid in full so no refund. I will never do that again. It seems quite impossible to speak with anyone at ******* so I will just say you have seen the last of my travel plans. I will source with another company.

I arrived at the hotel with my family to occupy two rooms, reserved in advance and we found the rooms dirty, with remains of food on the tables, unsanitary carpets, bad air conditioning, blocked curtains, and an unbearable smell of chlorine in the rooms. It was not possible to stay and now after a month they do not return the money paid. Arielle Constato and Jose Agustin, the managers, promised me a refund in 10 days because they understood this but they still haven't deposited anything from the headquarters.

Had an overnight stay here. Checked in around 8:30 pm went to bed at 10:30pm woke up at 12:00am to a man screaming in Spanish outside my room. Called the front desk, the screaming stopped for 20 minutes and then started again.
I made a comment checking out and the manager told me there is a bus stop on that side of the hotel and they have had that problem before. I told him it was an awful night and he said, well we still see you next time and I told him no. Very rude, inconsiderate and for 268 a rip off! No apology and no consideration. The sheets also wreaked from bleach and they were burning my skin.

Everything was great. Only issue was shower water took a long time to get hot. No exhaust fan in bathroom.
