Get to site, had to pay for parking, housekeeping didn’t show up to our room, pool towels were stained.

There was no restaurant guide in the room, or phone book. We were not familiar with the area. The staff did make some suggestions, but the restaurant we went to, while convenient, was underwhelming. We would have chosen somewhere else had we known where to look.

Who says you can't find good help? NOT the case when it comes to Hampton Inn in Saratoga Springs. Big shout out to Amy Kraus at the front desk, She was so helpful in accommodating more than 100 family members. The entire staff seemed like family. Thank you so much to all for making our stay perfect for my Son's wedding.

We just came back from a wedding where most guests stayed at Hampton Inn and suites. Can’t say enough how this place is top notch. Clean, comfy and excellent service! A huge shout out to Amy that went over and beyond to make everyone’s stay enjoyable.

Hotel is in a great location a few steps from Broadway. The hotel was exceptionally clean and rooms were spacious. The included breakfast was basic, but sufficient. We only stayed for one night at the end of our trip, but have absolutely no complaints at all.
