Две квартиры объединенные в подъезде 9-ти этажного дома. Просто обшарпанные больничные палаты без ремонта, слышимость идеальная. Кухни нет, вместо нее стоит холодильник с микроволновкой на все четыре номера один в коридоре. Положительные отзывы пишут сами, парковки нет! Администратора нет, ключи от "номеров"висят на стене подъезда.

Снимали номер Люкс с гидромассажной ванной два дня в январе 2022 года. Из хорошего: вкусный завтрак - глазунья с кофе в номер в заранее оговоренное время (мы заказывали к 12:00). Правда, в стоимость номера не входит, оплачивается отдельно. К администратору Ольге нет вопросов, что нельзя сказать об остальных. Вот, пожалуй, и всё. Что касается минусов: 1. Фен в ЛЮКСЕ не работает! Направили сушить голову в другой номер, благо был свободен. Переносного фена нет 2. В гидромассажной ванне не работают две форсунки из шести! 3. Краны открываются и закрываются с огромным трудом! И вот представьте, когда находишься в ванной и пытаешься настроить себе воду, из крана хлещет кипяток, и ты НИЧЕГО не можешь сделать. Только выходить из ванной 4. В центре гидромассажной ванной есть засасывающее отверстие (для циркуляции), которое ничем не защищено! При попадании туда части тела, часть тела засасывается и вытащить довольно проблематично и дико больно!! К сожалению, проверено на собственной пятке 5. На все недостатки гидромассажной ванны администратор говорит, что "руководство денег не выделяет, звоните руководству и оставляйте отзывы, может быть, хоть так услышат о проблеме" 6. Если нет сдачи с крупной суммы, предлагают самим дойти до магазина разменять 7. Крайне странная просьба администратора: "пожалуйста, мешки с мусором связывайте узлом, а то насекомые заводятся" 8. Окно на первом этаже без сетки и решётки. Куда-то выйти и открыть окно на проветривание не представляется надёжным и безопасным способом
