Когда пасмурной ночью приезжаешь в этот отель небольшой шок. Улочка темная, коттеджи, дома частные. Недоумеваешь , куда попал. Но!! Внутри это абсолютно очаровательный отель с уютными оригинальными номерами, и приветливым персоналом. Чисто. В номере есть все необходимое ( халат, тапочки). Гладильная доска правда в Коридоре. Чайник, чай, кофе вода так же есть и обновляют каждый день. Хороший Wi-fi. Завтрак на выбор, необходимо предварительно заказать на ресепшен ассортимент и время подачи. Расположение : 30 минут пешком до пешеходной улицы, Кирова. Он реально близко к центру. Летом тут наверное не плохо. В Саратове сложно найти хороший отель, сюда можно вернуться.

Были в Саратове проездом, искали приличный отель на одну ночь. Действительность многократно превзошла наши ожидания - радушный прием, уютный номер, укомплектованный всем необходимым (от косметики до халатов и тапочек), вкуснейший завтрак - выбирали из пяти вариантов, все съесть не смогли, еще и пообедали в дороге! Жаль, не успели освоить спа зону, но с удовольствием вернемся!

Были проездом в Саратове с семьей с нами было 2 детей 2 и 6 лет. Выбрали номер Амстердам из-за веранды. Вид был бомбический! Не пожалели ни разу! Все новое, в рабочем состоянии, каждому дали беруши, тк есть шум от дороги. Нам не мешал. Если придираться, то вытяжка в ванной была слабоватая. Завтраки вполне нормальные 6 вариантов комплексного завтрака на выбор. Парковка на 3 машины, не большая, но мы всегда попадали. В 3 день был днём разочарования. Тут сразу видно насколько влияет человеческий фактор! В 3 день работала на рецепшине Ангелина или Анжелика (забыла) девушка без логики и клиентоориентированность. Если бы она была в первый день нашего визита, оценка была бы другой. На третий вечер она сказала что для нас на парковке мест нет и надо было бронировать их (учитывая, что 2 ночи мы уже жили в отеле с информацией, что нужна парковка), на завтрак так же, не включив логику, что зарегистрировано 4 человека посадила за столик на 2х. К 2 предыдущим администраторам вообще вопросов не было. Большие умнички 👍🏻
