I gave one star for cleanliness because it didn't have the option to give zero. Better to sleep under the stars than to set foot in this hotel again. I arrived at reception on December 30, 2022 around 2 p.m./3 p.m. I find a man at reception and I tell him that I made a reservation. He sits in front of the PC and starts chatting with his colleague/brother (don't really know but who cares) in their dialect, so I'm getting impatient, that's when the gentleman asks me for my reservation number or my name. I give in naturally, the gentleman gives me the key and tells me room 226 (remember this number in case you are given this room, run away). I had a large suitcase and 2 backpacks, no elevator, 2nd floor, imagine the hassle. So far so good, I arrive at the second one, I walk along the corridor as I approach the room, unpleasant smells of urine emerge. I open the door and a strong, unbearable smell of cigarettes greets me. Being a non-smoker and very sensitive, I rush to open the window (in the middle of winter). As I had a pressing urge I went to the toilet to relieve myself, the hygiene was deplorable, it was the last straw that overflowed. I closed the window and went down to hand over the key without demanding reimbursement for the 2 nights booked. Frankly, I, who wanted to spend a New Year's Eve alone, had to call a friend who lived 20 minutes away to go and camp at her place because I had traveled from Belgium. To avoid absolutely I don't understand the positive comments even one star doesn't deserve it. In any case for room 226 and the corridors. You have been warned

Disgusted to have found cockroaches in the room. This is totally unacceptable and scandalous.

Room and hotel structure: Dirty, smells of cigarettes and food. Kids screaming and running down the hallway. Breakfast, don't be too hungry. In short, I will pay more for more quality next time.

We stayed there for 2 nights, a horrible smell in the room, the floor littered with cigarette burns, no cleaning the next day, no change of towels. No hand towels and no foot mats in the shower. Lots of noise in the hotel, slamming doors, lots of children in the hotel playing in the hallways. Forgotten breakfast. Card deactivated the next day. Attentive and pleasant reception staff.

Present for work, the environment did not inspire me but ultimately the room was very clean, the staff very friendly

It’s a real shame because there is potential! The staff are welcoming and try to do their best but it remains disappointing, it doesn't even deserve the 60€ per night really!! 1st night there was no bed provided for my baby, bedbug stains on the sheets… cockroaches!!!!! End really the most disturbing 3 nights I have ever had, the team changed our room for a larger one but remained no less clean than the previous one plus the cockroaches were still there, they offered us the small The breakfast was nice but it didn't make us forget the unpleasant problems… I don't recommend this hotel at all.

Dilapidated hotel, it's a shame to rent rooms in this state. A terrible smell in the room, lights, shower, broken window. ..The sheets were thankfully clean and the staff helpful.
