Parfait .. un patron bien sympathique, un établissement nicquel et des employés hyper réactifs, animations tous les soirs … mais cela ne gêne en rien pour les chambres qui donnent côté mer, même si on entend la musique Je recommande vivement,

serveurs souriants et bienveillants. chambre propre, équipée d'un frigo (ce qui est un plus), climatisation neuve et silencieuse. restaurant sympa et bien animé. parking très proche juste derrière l'hôtel. rien à reprocher.

This is a good, average hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, air conditioned, and the staff are friendly and polite. They were very obliging when we discovered that our booking agent had omitted to mention that we needed rooms at least on the same floor, and they changed our rooms the following night. I was a bit surprised that there was no lift, which meant carting heavy luggage upstairs - and let's be honest, I'm not a fan of stairs - I was fitter by the time I left! There was also no balcony, which was a surprise as our booking agent had said all rooms had balconies. The sound proofing leaves a little to be desired too, as the restaurant/bar is lively on Saturday/Sunday nights, so just keep that in mind. We enjoyed our stay.

The cashier declared that the collection was done automatically at the request of **********, other advisors told us that the advance collection was certainly triggered at the request of the hotel, so what about it? Another important problem: no water in the morning for the shower in the 3 rooms reserved and no apology from the hotel or reduction in the rate. Customers are taken for cash cows!! Additional problem: false advertising, the hotel is presented as "seafront", when you have to go through an obstacle course to reach a beach next to a lagoon! I will not recommend this hotel.
