We originally booked one single room and one family room but the general manager graced us with 2 family rooms. The General manager was very engaging and checked up on us many times throughout our stay as well as the rest of the hotel staff that was extremely helpful, a girl that is usually the guest relations desk at the entrance was extremely helpful and helped us efficiently navigate ourselves around the city. The rooms were kept very clean. The receptionists were extremely patient with us as well. The all inclusive was honestly a bargain, the variety was amazing and the food was prepared freshly The wifi service was flawless with no lags at all.

My stay at the hotella hotel and spa has been really good. However the food could be a lot better as it's very much the same every night. The animation team are absolutely amazing. The DJ was brilliant Also the boy and girl who the entertainment every night are so nice and welcoming. And the other boys who do the pool games are lots of fun and always happy and made us feel like part of a family.

Hotel started off questionable. Food was raw on few nights. Lack of alcohol available. Rooms untidy and lack of hygiene with cutlery, plates and glasses. Some staff had no interest in trying to understand English and laugh. However, we are on day 4 (half way through our holiday) and things are looking up. Food has improved, staff are now catering to needs and offering pool service. Hotel is being painted and ground work completed. I have mixed feelings towards this hotel but can for sure say it has got better as the days go on. On an up, the animation team have always excelled. Offering support to translate between languages, include everyone in games and activities. Super friendly and chatty and just have such a feel good vibe. Entertainment every night was always a laugh, and spot on. Overall - the hotel I would vote 3 star. Entertainment weather and massage (spa) 5 star.

The staff don't speak minimum English, I had to use Google translate to communicate with them. There are a few issues with the hotel, like sockets hanging from the wall, it's a new build hotel but the paint on the wall coming off, it's not very clean. At the restaurant staff would be sweeping the floor while people were eating, cats inside the restaurant, broken beverages machine.

I went for a week for celebrate my birthday only to end up staying in the worst hotel known to man! I was sexually assaulted by the entertainment guy (photo of staff member in pictures along with the marks on my body) . I am covered in bruises and nail marks where he wouldn't let go of my arms when spoken with management and security nothing was done about it. He was following other females into bathrooms and to their rooms They was serving out of date alcohol by 2 years Our rooms were never cleaned and didn't provide fresh towels or bedding, if you needed something you had to do it yourself. Says comes with a full stocked mini bar to enter your room to an empty mini bar that didn't work Went days with no electricity or water Hotel staff rude to you and threatening behaviour towards my friends A member of staff was seen entering peoples rooms to rol things as he had a key card on his phone. Balcony doors didn't lock so nothing was ever safe. You pay for a room advertised and you are dumped in a shally across the street. When we complained they told us we had to pay £100 to change rooms and then said they had no rooms available when they was advertising they had rooms available on line. This hotel is nothing like advertised There was ant infestations in your rooms and windows with no glass in They would lock you out of your room for no reason and tell you that you needed to pay if you want to enter your room where your belongings are Honestly stay away from this hotel

Super schöne Hotelanlage Leckeres essen, tolle cocktails 🍸 ideal zum Entspannen und abschalten. Ungefähr 5 min vom Freizeit Park Land of Legend entfernt. Hotelzimmer war sauber und groß. Service sind auf unsere Wünsche eingefangen. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Sehr sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Das Land of the Legends ist mit dem Auto circa 5 Minuten entfernt, Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr saubere Zimmer und leckeres Essen (Buffet) Das wurde jeden Tag frisch zubereitet.😊🍔🥐

Super Hotel, würde ich jedem weiter empfehlen. Ich war Anfang Juni für eine Woche mit meinem Mann in diesem super tollen Hotel. Perfekt um eine schöne Auszeit zu genießen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und modern, der Service sehr zuvorkommend und lieb. Ich würde das Hotel immer wieder weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super schönes Hotel. Wunderschön eingerichtet. Essen war top. Perfekt zum abschalten und entspannen. Spa und Wellness Bereich nur zu empfehlen. Wir waren zu zweit dort für 10 Tage. Zimmern waren von der Größe gut und sauber. Service ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen.
