It is very suitable for taking children to play. The hotel is all-inclusive, including tickets to the theme park. Milkshakes, ice cream, tea and soft drinks can be ordered at any time in the hotel. There are free PS game consoles. After staying for three days, the dinner changed every day, and the catering was still very attentive. It was a bit noisy when sleeping at night and the room was generally soundproofed. But overall, the price/performance ratio is very good in winter.

My wife and I stayed with our 2 children in February. (5 and 1-year old) The weather was ideal for outdoor games. The Theme Park is so beautiful and big that it resembles Disneyland. Especially the rollercoaster is breathtaking. The kids had great fun too. Dolphin show recommended. The hotel rooms are very nice and attractive for children. After leaving the theme park, more play activities should be offered for children in the indoor areas of the hotel and the area for this is a bit small. We would like to be able to leave at least one of our children in the children's club under supervision for 1-2 hours. However, there is no such area.
Breakfast and lunch are ideal. Dinner is better. However, in an all-inclusive hotel system, squeezed orange juice should not be charged extra.
I am grateful to Bell boy Selim for his help. He made our stay very easy. On the day I was leaving the hotel, he connected our feeding machine to electricity and helped me prepare my little child's food. Therefore, he helped us spend our last day comfortably. I'm appreciated for your kind help.

Good place to bring kids,
Meals and snacks are provided throughout the day, and amusement park and kids club programs are also available.
The indoor pool, sauna, and hammam facilities are good, but the water is 28 degrees in winter, so the pool is a bit cold.

Overall good experience. Food taste and quality, hotel cleanliness and super well eduacated stuff with a big smile in their face. The hotel is not big but the complex is huge with different experiences like, shopping mall, water amusement park, shows and full of fun for kids even the hotel was decorated for kids. Child friendly hotel with many small details.

The food was excellent 👌 And the bed was very soft. The place is very big and there are too many activities all day long. it's so nice my kid didn't know where to start. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are relatively clean but the carpets were not vacuumed.

We had a wonderful holiday with the family. The activities were fun abd suitable for all ages. The restaurants and buffet had various food in a good quality. The rooms ,tiilets and all facilities are clean. There are many relaxing areas as well.
