小孩子比較多，適合家庭，有一片私人海灘，就是海灘不夠平整，石子較多，海景和我後面去的費特希耶的酒店比起來略有遜色；酒店服務一半一半吧，有的staff較為熱情，有的態度一般；設施比較陳舊，衞生感覺一般般，不如費特希耶這邊的酒店；全包的餐食怎麼説呢，早餐晚餐較為豐盛，午餐很一般，在這裏呆三天實在是吃的有點膩了。

Our best experiences are with the staff at this hotel. On our last night we watched 2 football games at f lounge bar - Ali Haydar (mixologist) did an amazing job crafting cocktails perfectly. He has created his own simple drinks which taste amazing. Not on menu but MUCH better than what is offered. He takes much care in his work and aims to please to keep guests happy. çok teşekkür ederim Ali. Front Desk was helpful when dealing with my sixt rental car issues. Our housekeeping maid created us a cute doll out of towels left a sweet note. Staff in dining area also accommodating and attentive. Great amount of activities for children. Can't go wrong with this all inclusive hotel. 👏

This is our 7th stay at this hotel. We opted for staying at the lake house section of the resort. The amenities and service are superb and I duly recommend the experience. It was my wife’s birthday and we decided to celebrated this auspicious event at the fish restaurant of the resort. Although the restaurant was closed due to Sunday night low check-ins, they opened it for us and treated us to a truly magical night of superb service and delectable Turkish starters, assorted sea food and several types of grilled fish. Özer, the Maitre D’ and his team plus the chef were extremely polite, kind and congenial as they have been in our past visits - always ready to put a smile on our faces… We do thank the staff members of the fish restaurant and Hilton management in making last night an unforgettable night for my family & I. We shall be back. I can stated this with absolute certainty.

Ticked all the boxes for us! A family of four (kids aged 11 & 7) we got a good last minute 5 night all inclusive deal with Jet 2 flights from Manchester, booked with On The Beach .com The grounds are beautiful, we always found sun loungers under the shade of beautifully manicured trees by the pool which was lovely, resort felt about 50% capacity (nice!). The kids adored the on site water slides which were brilliant and felt safe with lots of supervision for multiple lifeguards (all the pools were). The buffet restaurant was incredible, everything we tried was delicious, lots of variety! We didn’t try the a la carte restaurants but I’m sure they would have been lovely. Great coffee, ice cream & crisps available anytime for the kids and excellent drinks/cocktails in all the bars. The spa is well worth a visit, I had a Swedish massage from Zeyneb and it was incredible!!! (& I am a massage therapist myself!) highly recommended. The temperature when we were there (April) was lovely and hot in the day (bikini weather) but did cool at night when I wore jeans and tops or dresses with a cardigan. It’s a casual resort, I brought too many ‘dressy’ outfits, you can just relax even for dinner, when I was there ladies were trendy and stylish but casual. There was a white party night which was really great so worth packing something white/cream for that as I think it’s a regular thing. Our kids didn’t fancy the kids club, but it looked good especially for younger children. The evening entertainment was generally fab, something on for all tastes every night, live singers/bands, often catering for the Turkish guests of which there were many, always a good sign - Brits by no means the majority in this resort (in April anyway). We would return especially in April in future as it surpassed our expectations.

Çocuklar için çok iyi bir otel, çalışanlar çok ilgili ve yardımcılar. Bayram nedeniyle çok kalabalık olması dışında herşey harikaydı. Çocuklar için yapılan etkinlikler oldukça başarılı. Deniz rüzgarlı olduğu için tecrube edemedik. Çok büyük bir alanı var, doğa ve hayvanlar ile iç içe tavsiye ederim.

I have just returned from an amazing family holiday at the Hilton Dalaman resort. It was a brilliant 10 day stay. - Rooms were clean and well maintained. - There was a good selection of pools and a good aqua park for hotel status. Some pools, like the main water slide pool had funny opening hours (10 to 12, 2 to 5, closed in-between). - The general ambience and appearance of the hotel is well presented. - Food was good quality. On some quieter days, the buffet items were not very warm in the main restaurant. - There was a good bar and cocktail service, including a beach bar. - Entertainment was good, but repeats on a weekly schedule. As does the food. - All staff were generally friendly and helpful. - The hotel had an animal farm area for young children.
