Tui Blue Sarigerme Park

The service at the resort was very good. Muammer was very welcoming and good with drink service. Serap was also lovely helping with everything for dinner. We felt at home. The breakfast sweet treats were to die for especially the tahini small bites.

My wife and I spent an all inclusive week at TUI Blue Sarigerme Park in September 2024 and it was exceptionally good from being welcomed by the fantastic staff at the quick check in to leaving a week later. The transfer from Dalaman airport to the hotel was only 20 minutes, could be worth taking a taxi instead of waiting for the TUI bus but it didn't take that long time. We stayed in one of the smaller two storey villas with only a few rooms. Large room with a place to sit, a balcony and nice bathroom with a large shower. The room was very clean and cleaned all days. The resort is well planned with restaurants, pool, beach, gym, relax and activity areas in a backdrop of the hills around the area. Everything kept very clean and maintained. The buffet restaurants; either main, pool or beach had plenty of variety, fresh and was very tasty. The staff was running round serving drinks with a smile. Drinks ordered from the bar was always quickly served and coffee, non-alcohol and alcohol drinks tasted really nice. The a-la-carte restaurant (included once/week) food was excellent, quieter and with exceptional service. The BBQ in the garden (included once/week) next to the beach was also a very nice experience. The private beach had plenty of sun loungers with wooden walkways. Only a few metres on the sandy beach into the clear and nice water for a swim or any water sport that was on the other side of the pier. There were some evening entertainment and we enjoyed the bands playing at the Purple Turtle beach bar and the garden party. We had to check out before the bus picked us up in the evening but the Farewell rooms were individual large bathrooms and was perfect after a last day at the beach. The attention to details we felt was exceptional and the ever-smiling attentive staff made this week the best we have had in Turkey so far.

Everything we asked for, Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, good food, lovely grounds. Nice apartment (Villa) Not being beach people we spent all our time round the excellent pool which had easy access to Bar/Restaurant and toilets. We will go back as we loved it. Only downside was our new luggage was damaged on coach transfer back to airport and TUI will not accept responsibility.

We arrived to a lovely reception and after a late night flight really appreciated the 24/7 grab and go snacks. We were told our room had been upgraded from block to villa but we didn't think this was an upgrade, just that they did not have enough space in the main building perhaps. The room was adequate but not an upgraded room. Our first night was very noisy and we put this down to changeovers and it was quieter on the other nights. But housekeeping were fairly loud quite early on. Food/drink wise, we really appreciated the beautiful homemade breads, and the wonderful coffee!! We loved the omelettes and pancakes at breakfast, and jacket potatoes and salads at the beach restaurant for lunch. The desserts were excessively sweet but we enjoyed the beautiful fruit. We struggled with dinner not finding a huge amount we liked other than salad, bread and pasta. The BBQ was the best out of all on offer for dinner so we went there 3 times. We enjoyed the starter of breads and dips brought to the table. The a-la carte was a huge let down. We did feel it was very much the same food as in the buffet but just served nicely. We'd have preferred an a la carte that was totally different as it got a bit samey throughout the week. We felt the entertainment was really good, we really didn't know what to expect as two friends in our 30s but were pleasantly surprised. The cocktails at the bars were not fantastic but we enjoyed trialling them all. The wine was very good though. There was a lovely atmosphere at all of the bars in the evening. We spent most of the holiday by the pool. The beach was beautiful but we preferred being pool side. We'd love to provide some feedback here, we wished we could get ice-cream at the pool side restaurant, not just down by the beach. We also felt it would be absolutely perfect with one additional pool. There is certainly enough room on the grounds for another more private adults only pool. We found the main pool still had lots of people throwing balls etc and was quite crowded with sunloungers very close together. The pool was also extremely cold. Most people seemed to struggle to get into it. We were surprised by this with it being 35 degrees that it wasn't warming the pool at all. But we couldn't stand and relax in the pool we had to moving the whole time as it was that cold. The grounds are absolutely stunning and are maintained constantly. We loved the cats and kittens in the resort as they are clearly well looked after. We loved the cat house! The staff are what set this hotel above many other all inclusive resorts. We were blown away by how great many of them were. Special mention to the lovely lady on omelettes at breakfast and Sinem who served at breakfast. Sinem remembered what drinks we liked at breakfast and brought them with a smile each day. The staff are very professional yet super friendly. Everything was spotless including the toilets by the beach, not a spec of sand to be seen in them. We really enjoy

Doesn’t 4 days here after a Marella Cruise From the moment we arrived we knew the stay would be fantastic. Best food I’ve experienced at an AI No issues with sunbeds Beach stunning and plenty of beds in and out of the shade Good evening entertainment I wouldn’t go back for a couple of reasons Even though Sarigerme is super close to the airport there is very little there so it is very much a stay on the resort type hotel - a few TUI trips but we’ve stayed in the region few times so have done them all. The staff compared to the cruise we had just left seemed less friendly nor enjoying their work not sharing smiles back to us which was a shame.
