The hotel is really old, the room facilities are very old, and the cloakroom inside the room even smells like urine. I found that the room card was broken on the second day of staying in the hotel, so I was forced to change a room😹

the hotel staff are super friendly. The breakfast was very much with lots of choices. We also had two meals in the hotel and the food quality was super. The hotel was designed very nicely but the hotel room was a bit ou**oded.overall it’s a nice experience in Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta

Place is amazing! Friendly staff all around. Staff greeted with genuine warmth and make effort to know the guests. Was there for consecutive five bfasts, and towards the end, staff can serve you your favs as they have been attentive to the needs. Never had such experience before!
Location can be a little off the main areas but nothing too great that can’t be fixed with private hire transport.
This hotel has an abundance of amenities that one could spend hours there to enjoy what the place has to offer. My kid enjoyed fishing at the pond too!
Highly recommended for families!
