Le rapport qualité prestations et prix ne sont pas du tout au rdv.
Malgré une chambre certes atypique, pas de rideaux suffisants occultant,
Douche avec eau chaude inexistante selon les heures.
On ne peut pas se tourner dans la baignoire.
La configuration est inadaptée et le tuyau de la douche est trop court.
Le petit dej est très décevant, et le café n’a aucun goût. Je suis très déçue de ces deux jours.
Et surtout du prix payé. !!!
En revanche, mon accueil a été excellent par la réceptionniste.

Très déçus par ce site Literie inconfortable et lit en 140 .. mauvaise insonorisation Une seule serviette fournie Parking payant Personnel moyen Les plus : en ville et le spa la piscine et le jardin Par contre caillou dans le spa à 9 heures du matin !!

Certainly not 4-star! Booked a night to celebrate 60th Birthday. Hugely disappointed! Disgusting dirty toilet bowl, broken toilet lid. Broken and dirty sink, no tissues, only 1 bath towel. No top sheet on bed only duvet cover plus holes in the bottom sheet! No bottled water provided, no milk for tea or coffee. Badly stained carpet outside room. Glass wall in lift broken. Really second rate experience. Terrible waste of money for the room provided. Find another hotel in Sarlat because the town is lovely. Hotel NOT!!

Unhöfliches Personal, das Zimmer eine enge Dachkammer ohne Blick, lauwarmes Wasser in der Dusche, laute Klimaanlage, hellhörig, Mini-Bett, Versuch zwei Mal zu kassieren. Ganz schwach. Auf den Frühstücks-Versuch haben wir dann verzichtet. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wirklich schlecht.
