Nice arrangement. Staff is helpful and friendly. You will like a home. The food served was of excellent quality. This guys are not interested in advertising themselves, mouth publicity is the key performer. Overall nice experience. Happy to visit again with my family.

If you're interested in wildlife, whether Tigers, birds or other animals, you will not meetmore knowledgeable persons in Bandhavgarh than Deepak and his wife Vidya. They are amazing hosts, and a stay at Tala Camp is extremely relaxed and friendly, with some great home-made food. I've stayed twice over recent years, and look forward to staying again in 2022.

Had a lovely stay for 3 nights at TALA Camp. After the hectic pace of other places we had been, it was lovely to wind down and relax in the peace and quiet. The family were extremely helpful and kind. We had two very good safaris, saw a tiger each time, plus lots of other animals including, we think, a baby leopard. TALA Camp is a couple of km from the nearest village but the family will happily take you there. Very quiet and peaceful- bring a good book!

A amazing stay and had a great experience in Bandhavgarh. Rooms are spacious and washrooms are very cleaned. The food was really really amazing and owner's wife Vidya ji makes sure the foods are cooked very well and maintain all the hygiene. A great stay and an amazing experience from Tiger sightseeing to talking about the Bandhavgarh jungle and it's natural habitat with Mr. Deepak ji. Mr. Deepak ji has amazing experience about the Wildlife and he shares all the valuable knowledge about the jungle. Thank you Mr. Deepak ji and your family to providing a great hospitality.

Hi We stayed at Tala Camp in End of February 2021 , me my wife and Son for 5 Nights and had unforgettable times during our stay, great Location, almost in the mid of National park Buffer Zone, delicious Food and matchless Hospitality. It is absolute worth, if you want to get away from City Life Hectik , Tala Camp has peace and a haven of tranquility, Just pack your bags and go to Tala Camp to get time for yourself and experience Nature in its realm. I highly suggest Tala Camp for peace seekers and wildlife lovers. Great advantage at Tala Camp is it’s Owner Mr Dipak , who is a thorough and Passionate wildlife enthusiast with immense knowledge of wildlife. Dipak has written the first Book on Bandhavgarh Tiger National Park. Hats off !! To Dipak for offering us this stay. Thanks once again to Dipak Ji, his very kind Wife Vidya ji and entire Staff.

Do you want to stay in a place where conservation meets the tourist and brings them to a magical jungle experience, just a few moments from that chance in a lifetime to see a wild tiger? Yes? Well Bandhavgarh and Tala Camp are for you. Tala Camp is located just a few minutes drive from the main Tala gate and the village of Tala where local crafts and stores can add to your authentic rural India experience and provide opportunities to take home a painting, T-Shirt or other souvenir of your stay. The most important experience and memory to take home with you will be the moments you relive with Deepak and Vidya, your hosts at Tala Camp, of the tigers and other wildlife you have seen as you sip cool drinks and dine under the stars. Having travelled extensively around India's wildlife areas staying in many different types of accommodation in search of the elusive tiger, I can honestly say that nowhere we have stayed has been as clean and welcoming as our stays at Tala Camp in Bandhavgarh. If you have a food allergy, as I do, it is important to know that your hosts understand your special needs when preparing and serving food and snacks, Deepak and his family go out of their way to ensure that a variety of good quality home-cooked food is available at a time when you want to eat. This flexibility is great, especially as we always travel to India in the hottest months so sometimes eating when it's a little cooler in the evening is preferable. Other places we have stayed have fixed meal times, often allowing no time to wash and change after the safari before settling down to eat. No such problems at Tala camp. When we can travel again, we will return to Tala Camp for sure, we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Bandhavgarh, now we have found this little gem.

We stayed at the Tala Camp for a couple of days in October 2020. While the food, room, service is extremely average, and hospitality borderline bad, the prices for them are sky high (special mention for food). #The rooms are cheap, but they will make-up for it by robbing you with food bills. 1. The food is bad, extremely overpriced. 2. There is no fixed price card, no standard quantity. 3. The couple employs untrained family members as butler, cook etc. 4. The service is extremely unprofessional, slow. 5. It is a home-stay with all its cons, but the prices that of a luxurious hotel. This is a family-run place, and while the couple may be well-versed with their tale of the jungle, having stayed in its periphery for most of their lives, they really need to up their hospitality and think about providing a service value for money. My recommendation: Don't another property- unless you want to overspend on an extremely, extremely average experience.
