We booked a triple room, we were given a family room, a double bed and a bunk bed. The room was clean, but there was a strong smell of cigarettes. We asked to change the room, since we ourselves do not smoke and were with a child, but we were refused, citing the fact that there were no vacancies. They opened the windows on the staircase and in the room to let everything out. We didn't take breakfast. Everything in the shower is working and clean. Shampoo, lotion. Comfortable beds, refrigerator, TV.

Pernottato, con mia moglie, per una notte. Speravo di trovarmi bene come quando si chiamava Sereno, gestione diversa. La camera nella norma, assenza di un cestino in camera, uno in bagno, piccolissimo. Mi hanno fatto pagare 2 Euro come contributo per la sanificazione dell'ambiente e poi, in bagno, mi mettono un bicchiere di plastica senza confezione, direttamente appoggiato, lato superiore, sul lavandino (sarà stato pulito?). In bagno manca il porta rotolo, c'è la finestra, che non chiude tanto bene e così il freddo si sente. Stendiamo un velo pietoso sulla colazione, non è quella della loro foto. In orario di chiusura della reception, per entrare in albergo bisogna arrampicarsi su per una scala esterna, dal parcheggio sul retro. Scomodissima per chi ha problemi a salire e per portare le valigie.

Self check in on Sunday needs improvement. I booked for two 60 year old friends but they would have had to go through the back, take a fire escape with two 25kg suitcases each. Extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. They gave up and changed hotels. Also inconvenient for women with strollers. They should have contacted me the next day but they kept the entire amount of 2 rooms for 2 nights and refunded only 4+4 euros... not very serious in their attitude

We only stayed on Saturday evening. I'd say it's worth the price/quality ratio. Surely we need to fix a little something, but it's there. Warm rooms, we lowered the temperature but it was still hot. Better hot than cold. Fairly large parking. Friendly staff.

I booked 6 rooms for myself and 5 colleagues a month before the stay. Despite the beautiful photos on the site, my room, a double for single use, is very small. Furthermore, there is no bidet in the bathroom (not even in the Middle Ages). My colleague had a room with strong smoke smell. When we asked for a room change at reception, I was told that it was not possible due to limited availability, despite the reservation made a month before. For me to avoid!!!!!

Not a bad hotel, but everything else sucks... Rude staff and at a certain point the light went out and there was no way to turn it back on. The staff are really rude and the price is also high. I would never go back and I do not recommend it
