WARNING! DO NOT STAY HERE! We were informed by one of our group about the conditions of the hotel and the lack of safety. The doors have huge gaps and when asked to move rooms, they said they are all like that and to place a towel in the gap. It is the middle of winter in January, and the rooms have no heat. The front desk was giving out space heaters. Hotel should not even be open until it can address the safety for its customers. The front desk was rude and unhelpful when we tried to cancel. If they cannot provide the basic needs of heat, shelter and good customer service, they should not even be in operation. Stay somewhere, anywhere else but here. The reviews that are positive should be questioned of their validity because this hotel is run down and should be condemned. Rooms Huge gaps in the door, ice cold rooms and no heat. They also provided a rollaway in a king size bed room and there was no room to walk or safely move about. This hotel is garbage. Safety It is not safe at all with huge gaps in the doors and they issued a twin bed in a king bed room that allowed for no way to even walk around the room. I am pretty sure this is a fire safety issue. Noteworthy details Run away and don't stay at this horrible hotel that shouldn't even be in operation.

This is the best hotel experience we have had the opportunity to enjoy, several times in the past year. Clean, modern facility. The added benefit of a continental breakfast, makes this hotel our only choice in Sarnia. Thank you. Well done staff!

I enjoyed my stay but my room was not cleaned once. I then called down to front desk and let them know I was leaving and asked if they could have house keeping clean my room as the garbage is full and there is sand on the ground from my pup, and I came back to my room exactly the same. Front desk was very helpful and everything else was great !

I liked the bathroom mirror but was interesting it would only turn on if the bathroom light was on and the only setting was flashing which did hurt the eyes

Restaurant on site very good,room could have used a table, pull out couch in room is past it's prime.But overall acceptable.
