A beautiful, romantic, relaxed place with beautiful, friendly, consummately professional staff. Our lake view room was perfect, had everything one could want, and was kept immaculately by the the cleaning staff. Our stay was made especially wonderful by all the hardworking hotel staff, the bar staff and receptionists, including the lovely sisters Julia, Elena, and Cecilia, Raffela, Mauro, and Raoul, who seranaded us on the piano on our last evening after serving us Franciacorta, the delicious local wine. My wife and I have been staying ten days in full comfort and adventure. And that is why, unlike many guests who generally sit on the grounds of the term care, we used the Hotel as a wonderful support base, to turn in the radius of more than 100 km, wonderful naturalist and landscaped places. But we come to the description of the hotel that we thought ordered very clean and furnished with the right sobriety in the details. The discreetly large room has all the comforts and everything works and ordered. The hotel has many beautiful places to stay and relax, from the Hall, to open-air lounges in the garden with fontanella, a comfortable tivu room and a great gym, pool and more. The beautiful room is the tables equipped with elegant and professionalism as well as the service and availability of staff and gentle owners. I had a room with a dream view of the doom. The room and the bathroom I found relatively old. The air conditioning had not even much performance against the heat. The whole building worked inside like a time machine in the 1930s. But: All staff at the hotel were really very friendly and helpful. That was great class.
