Agriturismo Le Anfore

Con amici abbiamo prenotato 2 camere per due coppie per la notte del 26 Aprile 2024 con pagamento anticipato. Arrivati in Agriturismo scopriamo che le nostre camere sono state assegnate per errore ad altre persone (al momento del check-in era presente solo il cuoco, che non parla molto bene l'italiano). Ci chiedono quindi un po' di pazienza e fanno spostare le persone che avevano occupato le camere prima di noi. Dopo una decina di minuti, ci vengono consegnate le chiavi delle camere. Da qui l'amara scoperta: le camere non erano state controllate e ripulite (troviamo asciugamani utilizzati, saponette aperte, letti sfatti). Non avevano neanche controllato le camere! Scendiamo in reception e illustriamo la situazione al personale che ci propone un cambio lenzuola (senza pulizia). Abbiamo quindi chiesto un rimborso immediato che ci è stato fortunatamente accordato (unica nota positiva).

Ficamos apenas dois dias lá e foi uma experiência muito agradável. O lugar é bonito e o quarto é grande. O café da manhã é muito bom com comidas típicas. Ótimo cappuccino da Judith. A janta no restaurante foi excelente do cozinheiro Paolo. Antes de irmos embora, fizemos um tour pela vinicola e provamos os vinhos toscanos produzidos lá, muito bons. A proprietária Ana conduziu a visita. Indicamos a todos que querem se hospedar na Toscana.

Ad un’ora da Firenze , immerso nel verde , abbiamo scoperto questo luogo stupendo. Per chi cerca relax e pace è l’ideale. Ad accoglierci Giuditta , dolcissima e preparata , rara nel suo genere , ha saputo rendere il nostro pernotto unico ! Cucina fantastica , tutto pulito ed organizzato. Lo consiglierei a chiunque! Voto diesci !

Molto bella la struttura, mi aspettavo che mi informassero prima del mio arrivo che il ristorante era chiuso.

Очень понравилось пребывание в данном отеле, так же хотел отметить ресторан который на территории отеля очень все вкусно и хорошее обслуживание. Занимается рестораном семейная пара Пол- повар и на обслуживании его жена(как зовут к сожалению не помню).рекомендую к посещению данный комплекс.

I stayed with my husband in this structure for 4 nights and I must say that if the location deserves a good full score, the management instead leaves much to be desired: we were "welcomed" by a person who did not know a word of Italian, nor of English and who used google translate to communicate with us and showed us his smartphone with the translation of what he wanted to communicate to us. After having unpacked the suitcases (tired pretty, clean enough, even if the details should be better taken care of: cracked shower tray, loose toilet seat, slightly dated furniture, creaking bed and decidedly noisy air conditioner) they come to tell us ( always with google translate) that he was wrong to assign us the room. They make us talk to the manager (a foreigner but who at least spoke Italian) and we are allowed to stay in the room assigned by mistake (which we decide not to change to avoid moving, even if it is of a slightly lower level than the one booked). Swimming pool: adequate, well-trimmed lawn, but even here there is no attendant to check the cleanliness of the water (tarnished by numerous insects and leaves) and above all to watch out for disturbers (noisy families who had swimming and diving competitions, screams of kids, water thrown out of the pool wetting other guests etc.). It is a pity that a potentially valid structure, located in a truly splendid place and in a typical structure, is thus devalued by inadequate management. Decent breakfast (didn't dine on site).

We returned to this agriturismo for a Sunday lunch. The day was not the best but we were still able to enjoy a few moments of relaxation eating very well. Unlike the previous time, the large hall was closed, now used for ceremonies. We stayed in the main building, an old farmhouse that has been tastefully restored. Home cooking, therefore good and genuine. Kind and helpful staff. Definitely to come back on sunny days to enjoy the beautiful outdoor space.
