Aging hotel, 4-day stay in the 2nd floor, invaded by insects as soon as the window is opened, plaster in the cupboards, balled up blanket, sound of running water night and day (shower, pee… the total) , sheets and pillowcases not changed in 4 days and stained by insects, TV not adjusted which resulted in my bedroom door being opened during my absence (technician visit), despite discussions with Management, nothing has changed. The breakfast for 15€ is not worth it, dry and burnt croissant, cheese peel, and nothing appetizing, even the coffee is not good. Swimming pool with cloudy water, I did not use it. Impossible to leave before the end and an upgrade offered more expensive than my booking site. I refused to pay for a room change for 2 nights at the asking price! No noise insulation, discussion in the FDM corridor as if it were in my room, this to stop after 3 days.
Not forgetting the spiders that remained in the room throughout my stay and insects that were not removed. Yuck! The hotel told me that I could write my dissatisfaction on the networks, that's it! thanks for the advice
