We have just returned from a holiday at this wonderful resort and wanted to share our experience... Firstly, I was a bit concerned about going to a big resort, my husband has mild alzheimer's and gets overwhelmed with large places with lots of people, especially at mealtimes. I needn't have worried, although the complex is big it doesn't have the feeling of being big, mealtimes were relaxing and 'civilized'. The staff were extremely helpful, especially the guest relations team, a special thanks to Anastasia and Irini who went over and above to help us with trips and advise us on local attractions. Breakfast was good, we opted for half board as there wasn't a great different in the price - the evening meal was good, what you might expect from a buffet style meal, lots of choice but not exceptional. We ate one night in the Limoni restaurant which was excellent and reasonably priced with great views. Amazing sunsets from the terrace in the evening. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. There is a shuttle to the 2 local towns, both definitely worth a visit, TIP: the taxi is the same price as the shuttle. Both towns have a sandy beach, you need to pay for sunbeds, we went in a heatwave so needed the shade of the sun umbrellas! The hotel's private beach is shingley and very narrow, I would recommend getting there before 11.00 a.m. if you want a sunbed. We had taken some beach shoes and actually liked this beach as it was quieter and more relaxing, you can order drinks on the beach. Access down to the beach involves a lot of steps, not so good for anyone with a disability. I would recommend the Blue Lagoon boat trip, which was reasonably priced at €45 each including transfers and lunch, the lunch was surprisingly good - unlike many similar trips we have been on.

Superb room grand suite with luxury bathroom, icy AC and lovely pools. Excellent WiFi. The let down is the dull buffet, unlimited but unexciting. Shocked they allow smoking in the Lemoni restaurant indoors. In the courtyard would have been ok. Large groups of noisy people smoking dominating the beach and the Armonia pool. Last year on our last day having been given sandwiches on arrival at midnight, we were offered lunch on last day when on half board. This year we were refused lunch on our last day when on full board unless we paid for it. They seem cash strapped as prices are up on when we were there in September 2023.: We are torn whether to go again.

It is an excellent hotel in many respects - the location, the beach, the professional and flexible staff, the breakfast, and the ala cart restaurant. Part of the hotel beach is situated under big pines, some of which extend their shades to the sea... so, the guests have a choice between natural shades and the ones created by the hotel parasols. I have stayed in two different rooms - first, in the junior suite, a modern and spacious room with a double bed and sofa. We enjoyed it very much and decided to extend our stay - the staff was very flexible and quickly found an available room - they even upgraded us on that occasion... so, we ended up in the beautiful family mansion within the private residence area. I have attached some pictures to give some basic idea of the hotel and the beach. Long story short - we plan to come back as soon as it will be possible!

We recently arrived at Acrotel Athena Pallas Resort, and our check-in experience was seamless. Mr. Vasilis handled everything with great professionalism, ensuring a smooth start to our stay. Denis, the bellboy, was incredibly friendly and made our journey to the room enjoyable, escorting us via golf car. The room itself is top-notch, living up to the high standards we’ve come to expect from our previous stays at other Acrotel hotels. Kudos to the team for maintaining such excellent service!

Beautifully presented hotel, the room was clean & freshened daily. The beach is stunning & was great for snorkelling- the water is so clear. The staff are brilliant & really helpful, especially the restaurant staff & manager and the lady on guest relations. The kids club was good but not very busy when we went, my 5 year old liked it. My only critique was the high price of drinks at the bar & in the restaurants €7 a pint & €11 a cocktail. We booked trips through the hotel which were brilliant & the hotel run a shuttle service which was great too. We loved our holiday & would definitely return

The hotel manager and staff look after your every need, they are always friendly and welcoming. The hotel is clean and beautifully landscaped ensuring you have a relaxing and pleasant stay. This is our second visit and will now become a place we often return to for a relaxing and quiet beach holiday.

This is without doubt one of the most gorgeous hotels we have stayed in in Europe. You know how you get a feeling about a place the moment you set foot inside? It was stunning. Everywhere was beautifully decorated and immaculate in every way, and we were so very happy with our choice. Every single member of staff was a true professional and nothing was ever too much trouble. We had a grand suite looking out over olive groves to the mountains, and it was heaven to sit on our large balcony in the morning or evening with a cuppa and just admire the view. The suite itself was large, with bedroom, lounge/working area, big shower room and toilet, and another toilet next to the lounge area. The food was incredible - huge buffet at breakfast and dinner with absolutely everything you could wish for and more - and exceptional quality always. The gardens are breathtaking, and everywhere you look you see another little feature that you hadn't noticed before, whether it's a small water fountain or a secret little bench or swing surrounded by flowers. We didn't use the spa on this visit because we couldn't tear ourselves away from the sun and the pools. It really was a little piece of heaven. We arrived back two days ago and are already looking to book our next visit. Thanks Athena Pallas - you truly are magnificent!
