Great Thermal Spa with various pools and saunas. One can also swim outside in the thermalwater. Even if their website states that children under twelve years have no access to the Spa area, there were unfortunately plenty of very young kids and even crying babies allowed in the spa and in the various pools. Thus not at all the relaxation experience that one is promised or had hoped for. The Massagetreatment given by Therapist Panos was however really great. He is a skilled and experienced therapist. Wanted also to try out a light lunch at the outdoor terrace bar. When ordering I was informed that it is not allowed to order a small bottle of water with the meal at this restaurant - only big bottles. Furthermore, when asking for some bread with the salad, the waitress informed that she is not sure there are any bread in the restaurant… but she would inquire. After 20 min, after having finished the lunch, some bread arrived. The above experince should be more impressing in a 5***** Greek Hotel.

Recently returned from a 6 night trip and loved it. We had a Club room which was great with our own pool and fabulous view. Club beach section has the comfiest sun loungers. Hotel is immaculately clean. Massage with Konstantina was fantastic, she is clearly an expert. Wish I could have stayed for longer. Thank you.

The spa is charged additionally, which is not the case in any hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, comfortable beds, good air conditioning. There was a lot of chlorine in the tap water, but I think it's not the hotel's problem, but the water supply. Waiters cannot manage to clear tables and serve guests when the restaurant is crowded. The food is of good quality, the staff is friendly, the cleanliness is good. Animations for children in the evening must be more varied, because after the third day it is boring. I also think that the sunbeds on the beach are a problem when the hotel is full, because there are not enough for all guests. We were in pre-season and occupancy was 100%. Extra costs that are not included in the price of the arrangement are 20-30% overestimated.

This is the second time we go to the Miraggio and everyone had an amazing time! The service is incredible, the amenities phenomenal, and the food and drink accommodations are amazing! Room service was also great! The evening entertainment was also great - making our stay wonderful!

Magnificent, luxurious, spotlessly clean hotel. It's location is perfectly located. No need to leave the hotel. It has everything in it, for adults and kids alike. Spa facilities were top class. Staff attentive and well trained. Food was excellent. we will definitely be going back one day. Highly recommend!

Tertemiz ve çok lüks bir otel. Tesise girdiğiniz anda farkı hissediyorsunuz. Odaları çok geniş. Harika bir tesis. Kahvaltısı muhteşem. Havuzu bölge tesislerine nazaran çok büyük. Akşamları çocuk eğlenceleri ***et güzel. Merkezlere uzak. Arabayla gidilmesi gereken bir yer.

Everything is amazing, the sea water is not that salty, the pool has seawater in it which is so economical, it is so clean (except for the beach bathroom) Just one problem: the breakfast is almost always the same but dinner sometimes is the same too. But still awesome

My husband and I have been visiting this wonderful hotel for the second time and are absolutely delighted. Beautiful view and well-kept grounds. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Clean beach and clean sea. And also a great warm pool with a childfree area. I especially want to mention the spa with massage. Masseuses: Natali and Jonstantina. Experts in their field
