The Hotel, food is good quality, the price is expensive, but you know it, when you are booking, when you make your decision, knowing the price in advance. I rated for one because you have to pay everything in addition: -Quality cafe, eggs at breakfast -comfortable beds next to the swimming pool -wider parking places -most of the training at the gym Etc So If you are not spending an other 20-30% of the room price you will fill yourself secondary gest.

I haven't had anything like this resort in a long time. Everything is perfect. So far I've always had Austrian resorts on top, but I'm really changing my mind here. Luxury, impeccable dining, perfect service and nice people everywhere. Lots of thermal pools. Sauna world more modest but perfect. Towels are not spared here. In the absence of non-hotel guests, sauna is virtually private after 6 p.m. I can recommend it to anyone who really wants to enjoy luxury and water.

everything was perfect,rooms, hotel, spa. clean hotel, kind stuff, amazing spa and pools, perfect food.there should be more facilities for children outside (f.e.little pool for kids, playgorund) or bigger kids room,but we had stay with our 20month ole daughter and she was never bored :)

The hotel is beautiful, everything as it should be. We have visited Spirit Hotel 4 times already, we will definitely return to enjoy another luxurious stay with excellent cuisine and service.

Wir sind eigentlich Stammgäste und haben bis jetzt die Therme vielen (wirklich vielen) Bekannten weiterempfohlen. Die Therme ist wirklch Top! Nun haben wir ein Neugeborenes, dass dort nichts konsumiert oder weswegen dem Hotel extra Kosten anfallen würde. Wir sollen für das Baby 35 Euro pro Nacht zahlen. Es ist so schon, mit einem Baby, nicht wirklichen eine Entspannung und einen Aufpreis für ein Baby haben wir noch nie erlebt. Das wird nun unser letzter Aufenthalt (trotz mindestens 1mal jährlichen Aufenthalt) sein. Finden wir sehr Schade, aber wirklich nicht gerechtfertigt!!!!!!!!!!! SORRY! Wenn es wenigstens Sonderbehandlungen geben würde, wie in der Lutzmannsburg Kindertherme! Also wir verstehen nicht mal annähernd den Preis. Ich kann jedem mit Kind nur von der Therme abraten!!! Kinder sind eher weniger erwünscht! Aber wenn man keine Kinder hat, dann ist das ihre Therme! Tipp am Rande: Sollten Familien anwesend sein, für die Geld kein Thema ist, dann ist es auch nicht so leiwand 😉

Ездим уже пятый раз в этот замечательный отель и с каждым разом убеждаемся, насколько отель работает над качеством услуг для гостей!!! Постоянно что-то обновляется, очень вкусная еда, сотрудники в СПА очень квалифицированные, невероятная косметика Тальон. Особенно еще хочется отметить работу менеджера по работе с русскоязычными клиентами Екатерину. Без нее отдых не был бы таким радостным и спокойным, она во всем помогает. Спасибо от нашей семьи!

It was not our first visit to Spirit, but unfortunately we realized that the hotel loosing it's shine. Over 25 min chick-in time, pretty used rooms and good but not at all outstanding dinner experience. Kept the 5 start pricing, but moved to 4 star in experience... On top it was full of children on Sunday despite the Adults only weekend! We initiated some dialog with the reception, but we got only questionable explanation, but nothing else. We are pretty sad to se that an other great Hungarian hotel fall down on quality
