Sehr schönes modernes Hotel mit einem Spa Bereich,Termalbecken, Schwimmbecken(Innen und Aussenpool). Alles modern und sauber. Wir hatten Halbpension. Hier hat man nach unserer Ansicht nach im Restaurant einen guten Spagat zwischen traditioneller Ungarischer Küche und einer modernen Ungarischen und internationalen Küche geschaffen. Das Essen gab es in Buffetform mit eine reichlichen Auswahl, so das jeder etwas nach seinen Geschmack finden konnte. Da zum Hotel ein Golfplatz gehört waren wir natürlich auch einmal auf den Platz und haben 18 Loch gespielt. Im großen und ganzen ist der Platz in einen guten Zustand. Was aber nicht ging und schleunigst gemacht werden sollte ist der Zustand der Sandbunker. Teilweise ist Gras drin gewachsen und das war auch kein Sand, eher hart wie Beton.

Wir hatten ein schönes Superior-Zimmer mit Blick auf den Golfplatz reserviert. Alles im Hotel ist komplett renoviert und die Mitarbeiter:Innen sind unglaublich freundlich. Der kostenlose Parkplatz vor dem Hotel, die super bequemen Betten, ein großes Badezimmer mit viel Ablagemöglichkeit und das wirklich sehr gute Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet haben das Angebot abgerundet. Die Nutzung des großzügigen Spa-Bereichs mit Innen- und Aussenpools, Sauna und Dampfbad war im Preis inkludiert. Kosmetik- und Massagebehandlungen konnten spontan gebucht werden und auch hier sind Profis am Werk. Besonders süß fand ich die Schwalbennester, die es auf unserem Balkon und an der Fassade des Hotels gab. Schön, dass man die dort belässt und man von den kleinen Vögelchen morgens mit süßem Gezwitscher geweckt wird. Wir kommen sicher und sehr gerne wieder in das Greenfield Hotel. Danke an das Team, das unseren Kurzurlaub so angenehm gemacht hat.

Location is nice, next to the golf course. Center of town is a walking distance. Our room was OK, but there is no plug next to all beds and the safety rail on our balcony almost fell off when we touched it. Hotel interior is nice. Food was OK. Staff was polite. Hotel is full of signs with English only, that is not OK in Hungary. Once a week they organize a party at the reception area with extremely loud music till 11 pm which is really disturbing for people wishing to sleep. I watched the cleaners in the restaurant cleaning the tables with cloth picked up from the floor and not replacing cutlery left on the table by previous guests. Same goes for the plastic sheets on the table, they are not changed or cleaned after each user …. even if they spit or cough on them. Hotel shall also guide certain guest towards safe behaviour by signs, food covers, even warnings when they simply cough on the food or touch the bread loaf with fingers after touching their wet nose. Bartender shall not touch ice or lemon by bare hand in these times either.

The stay was a birthday present in a top hotel. But we were disappointed by the customer friendliness. And for a high price. We arrived at the hotel early, the room wasn't ready yet and you couldn't use the wellness area yet. You would have had to pay extra. A disgrace for the high price. There was the same problem when checking out. You also had to leave the wellness area immediately. Rip off :-( Never again :-(

Our stay in the hotel was very pleasant, reception staff polite, ready to help. Room clean but not everyday service. Excellent food. really excellent. Nice spa. The problem in the room was not tightly fitted door, that is why there was noise and cold by wind and rain. The room was changed.

From 6 p.m. you have to get everything from the lobby, downstairs when swimming or outside there is only water to drink.

The first impression at the hotel was beautiful. Friendly staff very nice lobby excellent food at the bar. But then, there are no stairs in the whole hotel, what about a lift failure (there are 2 for this large hotel) or FIRE?
The room is very nicely furnished, but there are no clothes hooks for coats (possibly wet), the wardrobe is extremely small and there is no towel dryer to dry swimsuits, for example.
The golf course is beautiful but of course you can't go for a walk there. All around there are only fenced-in meadows, construction sites and wasteland. No possibility to buy anything in the center without words.
The spa area is really great, lots of different pools, lots of different saunas, 2 steam baths and even a salt sauna. Lots of showers and even a tropical rain sauna.
The food was good, some dishes were excellent, unfortunately never hot. The lemonade was beautiful and very good.
