Hotel conosciuto, per la classifica che ha ,va bene e non manca niente, anche se la stanza è al limite, ma per breve soste va bene. Notato che le stanze ai piani alti hanno una criticità. Una famiglia con figlio deve fare molto attenzione alla finestra,che la sua conformazione può essere un attrazione la ringhiera è troppo bassa. La colazione si fa al bar, il ristorante sembra che ha cambiato gestore. Cenato, antipasto enorme prosciutto di Parma leggermente troppo salato, barrata buono. Pasta con un nome che non ricordo al pesto, ma purtroppo Genova è lontana . Grande porzione , ma il pesto era solo pesto e niente altro , caricandolo di formaggio abbiamo mangiato. Per me i prezzi sono sostenuti, uno si aspetta meno quantità e più gusto, ma i cuochi moderni nessuno assaggia i piatti che escono.

Abbiamo soggiornato in quella che viene chiamata suite, ma è una piccola camera con moquette anni 80, un odore di chiuso non piacevole, mancava nel bagno un asciugamano da viso , manca una seconda luce nel bagno che si accenda senza fare partire una fastidiosa e molto rumorosa ventola ,manca l'insonorizzazione, si sente tutto da una camera all'altra. Un capello trovato nel kit del thè.... Nella doccia c'è solo la pigna grande in alto per cui se nn vuoi bagnarti i capelli bisogna fare attenzione . .Persino il rubinetto quando viene aperto fa un rumore incredibile.. I prezzi per quello che offrono ,ma soprattutto per quello che NON offrono sono troppo alti. Camera con giardino...E dov'è il giardino, sei rinchiuso dentro una siepe...No comment..

Siamo stati in gruppo di poter 35 persone di cui molte con disabilità. Sono riusciti ad accomodarci nel migliore dei modi. L'albergo è molto pulito ed accogliente. Le camere triple sono molto spaziose e con doccia senza gradino. Non hanno formula con mezza o pensione completa ma c'è un ristorante adiacente dove abbiamo mangiato benissimo. È stata un'ottima alternativa rispetto agli alberghi di La Spezia. Non molto distante c'è un bel centro commerciale. Lo consiglio assolutamente e ci ritornerò. Personale cortese e disponibile

Camera curatissima...letto da relax con materasso eccellente per chi ha problemi di postura...personale all'altezza delle situazioni....siamo stati ospitati in 11 persone; una famiglia con tre bambini in una suite junior. Tutto perfetto! Più che raccomandato anche per il rapporto qualita- prezzo!da

This hotel is simply tired. The carpets were absolutely filthy and my room had an awful smell, with mold on the walls as well as in the bathroom. An extra helping of mold was also comfortably living on the shower head, so ingesting it was relatively easy and convenient. I had to leave a day early because the mold led a horrible reaction, which caused me to morph into something resembling a land dwelling Japanese puffer fish. The only reason I didn't give it 1 star is because the staff at the reception desk were very friendly and were doing their best. But after staying at this hotel I'm absolutely sure that Santa Caterina was not the patron saint of cleanliness.

Rooms look very tired and old, had a musky smell, some staff lovely, others rude, swimming pool not open, doesn’t open until 1st June, more like a Motel than a Hotel. Breakfast very poor.

Ho trascorso una bellissima giornata qui con la mia famiglia, abbiamo usufruito della piscina, molto pulita, con due vasche idro esterne. Giardino curato e tenuto bene così come il centro benessere, tutto molto rilassante. Abbiamo pranzato al ristorante bordo piscina ed era tutto ottimo e lo staff molto gentile. Ormai sono parecchi anni che veniamo qui ed e' sempre una piacevole conferma.
