Purtroppo la nostra esperienza non è stata positiva. Innanzitutto è difficile raggiungerli telefonicamente. Siamo stati più di un'ora a chiamare sia al fisso che al cellulare. Arriviamo in camera e il letto era praticamente attaccato alla porta d'ingresso. I muri e il tetto lesionati e scrostati, i battiscopa quasi tutti scollati. Il bagno piccolissimo, con porta in alluminio gonfia di ruggine, senza bidet con un lavello grande quanto un palmo di mano, con muri e tetto pieno di muffa. Entrati nel box doccia per accedere al piatto doccia c'era un dislivello pericoloso, inoltre non arrivava l'acqua calda. Ultima chicca, stanchi del viaggio volevamo riposare ma non è stato possibile perché avevano gli operai che hanno fatto rumore per tutto il pomeriggio. Insomma una delusione e le due camere matrimoniali assegnate non rispecchiavano minimamente le foto pubblicate sul sito.

Soggiorno con famiglia nel ponte del 25 aprile (3 notti). Albergo nel centro di Sarzana a 15 Min. Da La Spezia , punto di partenza per visitare le 5 terre. Dista 5 Min a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Sarzana, volendo arrivare in treno anziché in auto. Possibilità di 10 posti auto gratuiti da parte dell' albergo, se per caso sono tutti occupati dietro l'angolo parcheggio pubblico gratuito. Camera occupata da noi (non penso tutte) spartana ed essenziale, cmq discreta per noi che non abbiamo pretese di lusso è sfarzo. Pulizia giornaliera (non scontato x un 2 stelle). Colazione non troppo variegata si potrebbe fare di più, cmq sufficente. Addetta reception (penso sia la proprietaria) molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi chiarimento. Prezzo molto conveniente visto, quello che si doveva sborsare per la Spezia o dintorni. Consigliato e promosso 7/10

Hote peu souriante, chambre propre mais dommage nous donnions sur la rue et etions réveillé de tres bonne heure!!! Sinon centre historique sympa surtout le soir. Point positif la gare a 5 min pour aller aux cinque terre.

Albergo senza tante stelle ma tante qualità: molta cortesia, attenzione, cortesia, pulizia e il pregio di essere in pieno centro di una stupenda città storica, a due passi dalla ,stazione, a pochi minuti dalle Cinque Terre e di poter arrivare al mare ed alle grandi spiagge di Fiumaretta e Marinella in sette/otto minuti di auto, tutte situazioni che si possono raggiungere anche in treno o autobus. Direi che vale assolutamente la pena di fermarsi a "La Villetta"!!!

I recently stayed for a work trip. The hotel was 10/10 as far as cleanliness. Sheets, linens, bathrooms public areas. All immaculate. The staff was very friendly, helpful and I could tell they spoke many languages. They were advising others on good nearby eating and sites to see. Felt very private and quiet. I would never guess this is a 2 star hotel. I’ve stayed at many 2 stars places, that you hope to never encounter, in your worst dreams. This place felt like you were staying at a 3/4 star hotel and I was definitely treated that way. There is parking out back which it’s is normally very hard to find parking in town. Once you are parked, everything is accessible by foot. I am definitely looking forward to staying here again and I highly recommend it for a short weekend or a ten day holiday. You could not be in a better centralized area. All markets and shops in walking distance. The water is 5 mins below, and the mountain is 5 mins above. This is a great area for those who love and dream of the local food.

Buon rapporto qualità e prezzo. Situato in un punto strategico: a pochi passi dal centro e dalla stazione ferroviaria. Ambiente pulito, personale cordiale, 10 posti auto interni effettivi. L'albergo fornisce una colazione normale. Nonostante sia situato nella strada principale ha un'ottima insonorizzazione.

Struttura molto accogliente posizionata nei pressi del centro città e comoda per raggiungere luoghi di interesse e di servizi. Personale cortese, qualificato e di ottima disponibilità. In camera non manca nulla e come albergo a due stelle è ottimo.
