We were there on holi the swimming pool was clean, food was delicious Sarvice is also up to the mark just a disappointment was room ac it was not working properly but we requested them to change the room but they refused due to all rooms are of the category which we booked ,but they could upgrade our room but they wouldn't this is very unprofessional

Resort looks good outside of room but things are terrible. No water supply in washroom, tv not working, room was not tidy, hot water was for name sake, fix food n breakfast provided, swimming pool was close n dirty, overall bad experience

The stay is not that much good as we expect. When we check in to the room the toilet was leaked and the ac of the room was not working. They allot us a another room but in the night the ac of this room was also not working. But the staff is good and cooperative.
