酒店距離佐世保站有一段距離，但距離佐世保著名景點九十九島非常近。
酒店每小時有接駁巴士到佐世保站，不是自駕的旅客可以考慮。
酒店房間很大，乾淨及企理，床鋪非常舒服，非常建議一泊二食，有驚喜
酒店房間不多，因此住客很少，但澡堂很大，浸溫泉非常舒服

3月に家族で泊まりに来ました。 部屋も広く、お風呂も源泉に潮湯と肌がスベスベでよかったです。1番は食事、豚しゃぶ会席を選んだのですがお刺身と大きな煮付けがついていてとても食べ応えがありました。メインの豚しゃぶのお肉の量も多くて、食べきれず家族に食べてもらいました。メニューには最後に果物と記載されていましたが、ミニタルトがのっていて大満足。朝ごはんも品数多く、和食でお味が上品でおいしかったです。 部屋のトイレが便座に座るたび水の流れる音がして、その音が大きく気になったのが⭐︎1つマイナスの理由です。

きょうは、家族6人で、帰省で来ました。 とても雰囲気良い施設でした。 ただ時期もありかなり混んでいました。 またロッカーは少し狭いかなと感じました。 日帰り温泉に立ち寄る場合は最低限の荷物で行くことをオススメします。 それ以外に気になる点はなくお風呂もひろく て良かったです。 露天風呂がなかったのがちょっぴり残念でした。 お土産コーナーも大充実していて、くじゅうくしませんべいもたくさん置いてあり、お土産にも困りませんでした

スパ&はなみずきへ一泊でお泊り。 料理長おまかせ料理がとても美味しかったです。 スタッフの対応も良く親切丁寧でした。 お風呂は気持ち良かったですが、老朽化で錆など少し気になりました。
