リーズナブルで館内もスタッフの方の対応も良かったです。パークで遊んだ後の夜だけの滞在でしたがコスパよく満足でした！！！
客室と廊下を改装されたのか、現在掲載されているホテルホームページの客室写真とは異なり、壁紙がお花柄でハウステンボスのヨーロッパの雰囲気を感じる事ができ、客室入室後テンションが上がり嬉しかったです。
客室のバストイレも綺麗に清楚されていて気持ちよく利用できました。
大浴場も広く、外気浴もありパークで遊んだ後の疲れを癒すことができました。

ハウステンボス駅のすぐ前の立地で、ハウステンボスも歩いて行けるので便利でした。
ユニットバスで洗面がトイレと一緒のため、家族で朝の準備する時が（トイレ使っていると歯磨き出来ないとか）ちょっと不便でした。
価格はリーズナブルなので、そこは助かりました。

バブル期を思わせる内装で雰囲気がとてもよいです。古いですが清潔感はあります。温泉付きでリラックスできました。朝食も美味しかったです。

リーズナブルでお得感あり。ハウステンボスまで歩いて行けるので便利。施設はちょっと古いが、とても広くて快適。
隣にあるレストラン ローレライもリーズナブルでよい。温泉はとても広くてスチームサウナとドライサウナがあってよい。おススメです

ハウステンボスに閉園まで居て移動してホテルに着いて大浴場が11時までだったのでバタバタしました。部屋のタオルを持って行くのを忘れて取りに戻る時にフロントの方がタオルを出してくれて助かりました。気持ち良かったです。朝食も美味しかったです。
また利用したいと思ってます。

スタッフの皆さんが、気さくで、細かな気配りをしてくださります。小さな子供がいるので、加湿器をかしていただきたくお願いすると、すべて貸し出し中とのこと。その後すぐ手配できましたと、連絡を下さり部屋まで持ってきていただけました。丁寧に対応してくださり、感謝しています。お風呂もすべて、とても居心地よかったです。
