位置方便，離大街很近，但要一小段斜路。要不是網站提供的地址英文拼音串錯字，是非常好找的 .....
距離佐世保巴士中心，只需幾分鐘的步行距離；慢步至JR佐世保站也不超過10分鐘。很容易就能來往福岡/長崎等地。
酒店整體較舊，周邊環境清靜。進門後，需更換店方提供的拖鞋。酒店內沒有電梯，但樓層不高，所以關係不大。房間寬敞，設施齊全，大致整潔。有浴缸，並提供Wifi、毛巾、牙刷、牙膏、鬚刨、洗頭水、沐浴露等。
