When I checked in only the reception told me their air conditioning was under maintenance from Oct till Dec 2023. Some rooms will have issue, but luckily my room was not affected.

For an executive double, the room seemed over priced. The carpet had many stains. The TV was tiny, the fridge wasn't colder than room temperature. The breakfast was very good for only adding one dollar to the overall price

The water volume in the bathtub is strong enough and there is no water accumulation. The bed is very large. One bed can sleep two people, so the twin room can sleep four people. There is no free mineral water in the room.
