High-end, stylish and good environment. There is an airplane information display, free shuttle bus, indoor swimming pool, open 24 hours, and a beautiful bar!

My favourite part of this hotel is the inside garden, the walkways to the restaurant and pool are very pretty. The garden cafe has an amazing breakfast poutine, and the in house starbucks bar was super handy. The staff are all polite. The conference rooms are very cute too, they look like little window shops, which even though we didn’t use them, they were cute. Staff was friendly at all hours of the day. Showers had amazing pressure and lots of hot water. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back

I did not receive the type of room I had booked. The service agent could not find my booking in their system. Finally he found it, but it had been booked for the 2 days in March, not in April as my booking did indicate. Luckily they did have a room to put me in, but it was just a 2 bed regular room.

The worst hotel stay we have had. The hallways are full of dirty towels etc and old food we had no hot water to shower in the morning after our first stay. I do not recommend staying. Asked for new towels and did not receive any and had to get to meetings so had to use a hand towel

Horrible stay paid for the most expesive room and it was put eight next to the ice machine . All night gotrn woken up with people getting ice. The hotlw offer me a feee breakfast?? Not good enough for a compensation

Had a four night stay from Feb.25-29, 2024.
There was three check-in desks, but only one employee, which caused a very slow check-in process.
The room seemed fine (712), but it was unusual to find the bathroom exhaust fan running upon arrival. After turning it off, it only took a few minutes to realize there was a faint sewer odour in the room. I left the fan running for the rest of the stay.
There is no daily housekeeping, which means no new soap, shampoo, or possibly towels unless you get in line at the front desk to ask for more.
The hotel seems to have lost its touch this trip. I have stayed here many times over the past five years and it is normally quite good.
