The breakfast is not good, the bacon is so hard that it can break my teeth. The fruit is hard and sour. The location is good, there is a mall next to it.

The breakfast is good, but it doesn't change. In addition, the hotel does not allow the use of kettles.

We had a medical appointment close by and it was handy to be able to walk there. Staff was friendly and hotel was nice and quiet.

They locked me out of my room, took more than all my money and called it an eviction when i hadnt even gone in the room.

I loved the property. The record breaking snowstorm limited transportation and accessibility to going just about anywhere. It was not the hotel's fault. They were very helpful in getting me to the airport the day after the storm.

I love how it has indoor parking makes me feel comfortable and I love how clean the room is and the bed are amazing

The rooms are great. Only complaint would be about the pool and hot tub. Both weren’t very clean and looked like they could use some upgrading

Attending cheer provincials, location and comfort were key and this hotel met our needs.

We had a nice stay, so close to downtown amenities (shopping, dining), the only downside was the size of the hot tub.

Walking distance for shopping and the event we attended. Easy to book, pay,and check in. Restaurant on property an awesome bonus

The bed was great, the choice of soft or firm pillows is nice. The blackout curtains were beautiful. The shower & sink did not drain well at all but I hope that's fixed by now. The restaurant and bar were not so nice, and not so clean. Breakfast was not included. So it was a very nice place to sleep, the rest could use some improvement.

Our stay went off without a hitch. Check in was quick and easy, the room was quiet and comfortable, really appreciated the indoor heated parking option.

Found the bathroom was not cleaned. Was offered free on site parking to compensate.

Had to pay for city parking. Parkade is too small for larger vehicles
