The external environment of the hotel is okay, but the rooms are extremely poor! The bungalow-style vacation home I stayed in had outdated facilities. The WIFI either couldn't be connected or had to be turned on all the time except to send a text message. The air conditioner felt like it was about to explode like a tractor. The shower was not hot and cold, but hot and cold. It's so hot and cold that I can't take a shower at all. Everything in the house is in terrible condition.

The atmosphere is very good. I brought my daughter to Pattaya to participate in the Asia-Pacific Women's Amateur Championship. I came here early to stay and practice. Because the conference hotel is nearby, it is very comfortable and leisurely. It is a great resort. The only drawback is that there is no laundry room. If you want to do laundry, you need to call a car. You can wash outside. The beach here is beautiful at dusk. The restaurant is delicious and overlooks the beach. There are singers singing on weekends. I will choose this restaurant next time I come to Wai.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel from January 26 to February 10. He went here 10 times already, this is my first time to this hotel. Before this I stayed in the center. And what can I say - this is the IDEAL hotel in Thailand. I'm absolutely delighted. Large area, green, everything is quiet and calm. I have never seen a single hotel in Thailand like this. Yes, from the photo he is completely different. In life it's great. The sea is dirty only on Wednesday-Thursday, but this is due to sanitary days. The Chinese are here only on weekends (and, believe me, there are many more of them in other hotels, I have something to compare with) and they are not particularly noisy. The breakfasts were good, there was always something to eat, despite the small selection. Swimming pools are available 24/7. The beach is the cleanest in Pattaya, they even sift the sand, but in neighboring hotels this is not the case (for those who say that something is wrong there). The rooms are cleaned every day, we left a tip and they licked every corner of us. The massage is amazing, and the prices are the same as in any massage parlor in Thailand, which is surprising. It’s a bit far from the center - but this is more a plus than a minus, since it’s always calm. We got to the center either by Bolt taxi or by two tuk tuks (one directly from the hotel to Big C, then along the perpendicular road to the central festival). We went to eat next to the hotel (a good cafe was opened near the road), and across the road we drank coffee at gooey coffee (where is the refill). Sometimes we ate there too. We were in Pattaya even before Covid. Finally we got out. We were looking for a hotel with territory and the sea. And now the long-awaited meeting. The main disadvantage, perhaps, is that in pre-Covid times there was more infrastructure around. Now there is practically nothing around the hotel. That is, you become limited in choice and waste time moving around. I mean budget cafes first of all. Because our tour is based on breakfast. The closest place to eat inexpensively is at the Ambassador Hotel. It seems close, but you are walking along the highway. Walking along the beach is uncomfortable. The Ambassador Hotel, once an anthill, stands empty. There were a few food stalls and a couple of cafes left opposite it, a massage, a 7/11 store and opposite an exchange office. It's a bit expensive to eat in a hotel cafe on a regular basis. But you can’t get enough of them for breakfast, because the choice is small and the assortment doesn’t change, everything gets boring. Scrambled eggs, rice, noodles, sausages, soup, cereal, vegetables. Instant tea and coffee. The hotel itself is not bad. Very large area. Beautiful, green. Birds, butterflies, squirrels and mosquitoes. First line. The sea is good. There are sun loungers from the hotel right on the beach. But there are not always free ones. The pools are good, you can swim in the “pool” until the night. The rooms are so-so, the plumbing is very tired. But everything you need is in the room, from a hairdryer to a kettle. Free safe, flip flops, toothbrushes. Drinking water is replenished daily. The hotel has good Wi-Fi. To stay in touch in Pattaya and call a Bolt or Maxim taxi, we connected the Internet to the local SIM card. The taxi arrives quite quickly. From our hotel to the center by taxi is about 150 baht. Which is about 440 in rubles. The fact that our cards are not accepted here did not upset me. Because cash is everywhere here. We took dollars with us, excursions can be paid for in rubles, the exchange rate is better than nearby at the exchange office. We took three excursions on promotion + a military beach as a gift from Alexander Nick Travel. We already went with him last time. We got in touch at home, learned everything from excursions and the situation in Pattaya, and upon arrival he himself came to us. All liked it. On the plus side, we checked in immediately upon arrival, it was in the morning. Didn't have to wait until 14:00. We are flying out tomorrow and will leave in the morning. We bought fruit to take with us at the fruit market near the Colosseum, a good selection and inexpensive. We took two small baskets to fit in our hand luggage.

The water is clean and transparent, of course there is no turquoise, because... read above the sand is yellow. The beach line is wide, not divided between hotels by any barriers, so you can cover a couple of kilometers walking along it). There is a zone for beach volleyball, you can take the ball to the reception, writing it down to your number (if you lose a fine of 500 baht or buy the same ball in the city, we know we passed)). Now about the minuses and any mediocrity that may be critical for someone. The breakfasts are downright bad (don’t forget the 3-star hotel! Here they are with a C-minus). 10 days of absolutely the same food, oh well, we’re not picky... but everything is cold, even if you came at 7 a.m. when the cafeteria opens - fried eggs and sausages are ice cold, and if you don’t eat spicy food, then this is your only food for the whole vacation! The only fruits are pineapple and watermelon. The first three days, about 20 minutes after breakfast, I felt sick (nausea, stomach pain, vomiting); I excluded coffee with milk and pineapples from my diet - everything went away. Cleaning in the room was also excellent (this is really sad, despite the fact that they left tips and even Russian chocolates brought specially... then they stopped leaving them (For 10 days they didn’t wash the floor even once, they forgot to replenish gels and shampoo, they left us once without toilet paper. They could take away the towels, but not put in new ones. One evening I dropped my earring and turned on the flashlight on my phone to make it easier to find... I wish I hadn’t seen this, they probably haven’t cleaned under the bed for a couple of years ((Another one). not a positive point, the hotel is very far from the city, it’s 30 minutes by tuk-tuk to the center along a busy highway (i.e. there may be traffic jams, as well as noise and dirt), of course someone will perceive this as a plus, and the swimming sea is exactly because of this remoteness, there is one BUT... the hotel only provides breakfast, which means you need to eat somewhere! There is a cafe on site, but the prices there are very steep (especially if you have a large family, as in our case). The nearest “glutton row” is in the Ambassador area, but the way there is just along a busy highway for about 1 km (in some places there is no sidewalk, there is currently active renovation there). Conclusions) For whom is it important to seal with the bass and swim in the sea, without traveling to the islands, who can eat in a cafe every day (financially they can! To make the situation clearer: tom yam in a cafe is 300 baht, on the glutton row 90 baht). Who doesn't care about the evening promenades along Walking Street and central Pattaya - this hotel is 100% for you

We spent 11 days in this hotel from 04/07/23 with two families; there are many families with children in the hotel. The hotel fully lives up to its name, the area is very green, with many flowering trees and bushes. Thai squirrels jump along the branches of trees, many songbirds seem to be in the jungle. This place has the best beach from the yacht club to the Ambassador. The beach is quite clean and wide. In the sea there are scratching things from carals. There are many places on the territory for good photos, the hoteliers tried their best and organized special photo points. There are two buildings and several dozen bungalows. From the point of view of the interior, fatigue is evident, but it is a huge plus: daily change of bed sheets and towels, both beach and bath (we always had extra ones), the air conditioning is normal, adjustable to suit needs. Room cleaning is done discreetly. A pool with different depth zones, along the edge there is a shallow barrier, probably for children. Breakfast is quite simple - scrambled eggs, Thai vegetable stir fry, rice soup, watermelon, pineapple and salads. There is a nice cafe on site (prices are higher than the market), but in the evenings there is good music, and on weekends there is a J. set or live music. To eat, you need to go towards the Ambassador, you can take a Tuka from the highway in a couple of minutes or go off-road. In the Ambassador area there are fruits, exchange offices, cafes, ... On the left behind the main building in front of the pool they give a wonderful massage - this is a direct recommendation right after the plane , like a hand relieves the fumes after a long flight.If you easily perceive various little things, you will have a wonderful vacation.

My favorite hotel, this is not the first time we have returned here. By the way, the hotel has a lot of repeat guests. Very cozy and green. The hotel is located away from the active part of the city. Therefore, there is a real possibility of privacy. But at the same time it is very easy to get to the center. Therefore, this is an excellent option where you can combine relaxation and active recreation. There are many inexpensive cafes and restaurants nearby the hotel. There are several seven-eleven stores nearby. There is a cool restaurant on site with delicious cuisine.

It's an expensive, shabby, outdated hotel, and the only good thing about it is its proximity to the sea (which is why I chose to stay here). In addition, it is very remote, the service is poor, and the hotel shuttle service is extremely expensive. The gardens and pool are great, but the rooms are old, the air conditioning is noisy, the old TV has a bad signal, the wifi is hit or miss, the towels are worn and the beds are hard. Breakfast was ok but dinner in the restaurant was terrible - terrible food and service even worse. There are so many better options than here.
