The hot tub and jacuzzi were not working the entire time we were at the location and we were given the option to find another hotel but since we came in at 10:00 at night that really wasn't something that we wanted to do. Breakfast was not very good, sausages were barely cooked and not crispy, eggs were less than tasty. People were standing outside the hotel smoking ********* and they were also some smoking inside the hotel. We were charged nightly for a safe that we didn't even know was in the room, we were told they only needed my card on file for incidentals such as damage to the room and it ended up being used to pay a nightly fee for a safe. Rooms are very outdated and beds were not comfortable. I would not recommend this location. Not sure how it got the high star rating that I saw online, had I known all of this I would have not booked our stay at this hotel.

The beds are absolutely amazing. I had the best sleep I have ever had in a hotel! The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Parking lot has a couple big potholess. Other than thst the hotel is great. Amazing staff, nice pool and hottub (does have weak jets.) Rooms are clean and in great shape.

The staff is absolutely amazing, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The beds are comfortable. The layout is a little confusing but I soon got used to it. The rooms were clean. Housekeeping staff was also very friendly. There were alot of options for breakfast.

The is a great hotel. Loved the convenience of having Applebee's right next store for dinner and drinks. Very comfy beds and overall, a great room for the value. We will stay here again next time we are in town!!!
