Si le cadre est classique, ce n'est pas un hôtel à fréquenter. Pendant le petit déjeuner, j’ai assisté à une scène déplaisante . La réceptionniste a couru derrière une femme de chambre pour lui jeter un paquet de pièces remplie d’argent. J'ai été très choquée par un tel comportement sur un personnel vulnérable. Pourra t-elle un jour aussi porter atteinte la clientèle ? La scène s'est produite laissant le buffet vide et la clientèle en file d’attente. Aucun professionnalisme, c’est une faute grave. Il faudrait licencier ou reformer votre personnel. Cordialement,
